Can I use this to tap into the signal wires with the connectors that come with it?

I don't remember connectors coming with it. I'd have to double check. I didn't even wire them yet. I was gonna use butt splice connectors with heat shrink anyway. Better connection.

What is the difference between "red lens" option and "red lens brake"? Does one have dual-intensity, an extra wire, etc?

Was super easy. Just take the back light off. Identify the brake light, running light and turn signals and wire it up. The reflectors on the bumper just pop out.
