Put in goodness and get goodness out
I like to drink this after dinner, or anytime my guts are feeling a little off due to my GERD or IBS symptoms. I looked up all the ingredients, and they all are mentioned as helping digestion, and the papaya specifically has digestive enzymes. Almost forgot - tastes good too!
