Very comfortable
This is my fourth boot due to broken leg, sprang ankle 2x and a broken foot a year later. This my first time trying this air boot and it is very comfortable, snug, easy to put on, it also adjusts very easily on my leg is easy. It’s sturdy and I can walk very stable. Only downside is I am short 5’3 and it fits right below my knee ( a little long) but it’s my favorite air boot thus far! I highly recommend this air boot!

Should use it as designed
I got this for a fractured ankle and saw the additional front piece as unnecessary. After a few weeks of walking around this way and my ankle still painful I decided maybe that extra piece is actually important. So much more comfortable and stable. Love the adjustable air pumps. Really gives a secure fit.

Very uncomfortable, do not recommend
Insanely uncomfortable, not just in the foot/ankle area, but also in the center of my shin area where the inner padding seam is. Caused more pain in my ankle I had surgery on 2 weeks ago. Didn’t even have it 1 day before returning.

Comfortable except that one spot.
I got the tall boot for a calf tear. Initially it was hard to get it tight enough, but after a couple wears it was much easier. I didn’t realize that the toe expanded the first time I wore the boot, so it was a little painful. The photo below is after a 12 hr work shift on my feet. There’s that one spot on my ankle bone that has too much pressure, but for the most part it feels great and I wouldn’t be able to work as long (maybe at all) without it. I find the air pumps as a benefit to comfort and a tight fit. I did have a problem with one of the strap loops breaking by the ankle after a few uses, but I was able to loop below it and it was still functional. I really appreciate that it is closed toe and can be worn at work.

Great Boot
If these boots can be great, this one is. Easy on and off, the bottom to straps I have to lift my leg onto my knee to get the right angle for them to go in easily, no problem unless someone is trying to do it for you. I ordered medium, from what the size chart said, but it's a little big for me, I wear a women's size 6.5 to 7. I don't mind because my toes are protected and I have room to wiggle them, but I can secure my ankle/leg tight enough also.

Really comfortable.
Given a different brand from my surgeon but it was uncomfortable. Order this replacement and so happy. The double toe protection is a great feature. Straps are easy to adjust. Have 2 different pumps for each side is nice to be able to adjust as needed independently.

Full-size walker boot
What can I say? It’s a walker boot, one that my doctor considered to be just as good or better than the much more expensive ones they sold. I had another, much older boot and wanted to get a new one for traveling that offered a bit more protection for my healing foot. This boot definitely did that! A it’s really easy to put on and take off, especially after you’ve adjusted the two foot straps. They have a click/lock mechanism with the boot so they don’t need to be undone and redone every time. You just need to slide your foot into the inner sleeve, fasten the Velcro, and fasten the two upper boot straps. For some reason it felt awkward to walk in at first but that feeling didn’t last long. The extra guards for my foot and toes were greatly appreciated in busy airports and on crowded flights. The quick on/off of the boot made getting through airport security easier too. There are two independent air bladders, one on either side of the upper boot, allowing more precise adjustments for comfort and support. This is about as comfortable as a walking boot is going to get. For those iWalk users out there, the air inflation buttons are on the sides on the boot.

After 2 days of use, one of the strap fasteners broke, I didn't even pull it that tight. Good design and comfortable. Made with cheap quality plastic.

It takes a bit getting use to and it made me taller on one side even with my running shoes on so difficult to walk Should have got a smaller one instead of up to the knee.

Immobilised and mostly comfortable. Would’ve liked an adjustable angle but those are impossible to find.

Great device, serves its purpose perfectly. Two things that are not like the original aircast: no lock for the air button so easy to deflate it if one moves or sleeps on the side and accidentally presses the deflate button. The other one is that the lining is not removable, so cannot be washed. If it gets dirty or sweaty then cannot be cleaned. Additional issue: velcro straps are not very strong, one already started to tear after two weeks of use. Except these three facts it is a life saved for a much cheaper price than the original aircast boot.

The very first time that I went to use this product one of the strap fasteners broke, I didn't even pull it that tight. Good design and comfortable. Made with cheap quality plastic.
