Excellent product.

MIracle cure for constipation
I bought these in a European pharmacy to help deal with jetlag constipation. Cheaper there but even at the Amazon price, they're worth every penny! Tasteless. No side effects. Gluten free. Smooth, consistent, painless "evacuation". Ingredients (for those wondering): Senna, fennel, dandelion, caraway, and cumin. Dosage depends on your need. The correct one is the "minimum dose that works". For most people, 1–2 tablets. If you need more, you might have serious issues with your diet (think "too much carbs and proteins").
