This is the one
I, probably like you, have been searching endlessly for the "right" strap. I have purchased and returned three so far until I came across this one and my prayers gave been answered. The strap itself is light but doesn't have that cheap feel some others do (don't get me wrong it doesn't feel super high quality but it certainly isn't garbage). The batteries themselves have feel very quality and have a very strong magnet that locks them in place. There is also a satisfying beep when they are connected and functioning. There is no hum like there are with other powered head straps(thank God). From the 4 I've tried this strap is by far the most comfortable, the halo and back pad are incredibly soft and the strap kind of levitates the headset in front of your face instead of pressing it against it and creating lines like some others. I've had VR since the rift S, this is easily the most comfortable and furthermore my favorite accessory purchase of all those years. This is the one!

Really comfortable and really convenient
This headset really is way more comfortable than the straps I came with. I thought the weight would make it uncomfortable on my head like the Rift-S head strap. It did not. I don't even notice the extra weight because it's so comfortable. Of i start woth a full headset and full battery My headset doesn't let me know when the battery is dead instead ,it says The USB charging port is wet please disconnect the power cord." So now i wait for the head set to die, then connect the first battery. One problem I seem to have is that one battery is very hot once depleted the other is cool. That battery also doesn't seem to hold a charge so I have to use it right off the charger. If I leave off the charger overnight it will be dead the next day. I wish there was a way to get a replacement battery under warranty. I am worried the hot battery is going to burn up in 3 months

Perfectly balanced, comfy, no battery noise, can switch on/off
Yes, as others have attested, and I can concur — this IS the one. Forget Bobovr with its battery buzz, no adjustable strap at the top, and its tendency to slide up the back of the head. This GOMRVR head strap is very well balanced. It stays in place even when I leave it kind of loose. I feel no pressure on the face, and the padding at the forehead and back of the head feels nice, no discomfort. I really appreciate that I'm able to switch the battery on and off. A lot of battery straps don't offer this feature. I was about to purchase the Bobovr head strap, but had some doubts after reading about the issues. I feel super lucky to have found this GOMRVR option at a much better price. I have absolutely no regrets. Even if Bobovr fixes the battery issue, I think I'll stick with this one.

Exactly what I’ve been looking for
This is the ONLY replaceable backup battery that actually charges the headset, that I’ve been able to find. The head set feels like a cloud is hugging my head. The side strap adjustment is a little wonky and I kinda wish those had dials, but it’s not even bad, I just want to be lazier when I’m adjusting it. I haven’t had a chance to see how long a fully charged battery lasts, I’ll update later if anything bad comes up. So far though, it’s the best on the market BY FAR! Update: So, after using this for a few days now here are some updates: I'm not sure if it's just my Oculus or what but when I pull the batter off the oculus to swap it out, my oculus crashes, it then wont even turn back on until I plug it in to some power source. I'm working with Meta now and getting a replacement Oculus to see if I just have a faulty one or this is something this head strap causes. Also, while it's charging the Oculus the batteries get REALLY hot. Like gets me a little worried it may melt or explode or something. Because of this I, unfortunately, had to lower my rating from 5 stars to 3. I'll update again after I get the Oculus replacement. Update 2: While I have really enjoyed these batteries, after a few months of using them one of them stopped working. What's most concerning is that I plugged it in to charge and when I went and grabbed it later that day it had fried my charger cord and had begun to melt the plastic case it was in. Very happy that's as far as that went. Just from the standpoint of safety, I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. Which is too bad. I started this rating out at 5 stars, and it has slowly gotten worse and now I have to give them 1 star.

Batteries didnt hold as described
Having issues with both Batteries. It only holds 60% of battery life. I ussually use it as charger when not in use. Starting 24% remaining on my quest 3 then used the gomrvr battery. After the battery drain. Its only shown 85 percent on my quest 3. Giving it 2 start since the halo was very comfortable and lightweight.

Finally, a halo headset with rechargeable batteries and without the buzz. A Bobo competitor.
This head strap was extremely easy to put on. Perhaps the easiest one I ever put on. The batteries have a good capacity and excellent throughput. Documentation states it charges at 18 watts. It didn't charge my battery on my quest 3 while playing, but it did maintain the charge after heavy MR gameplay. Being honest, that's all I really need. The batteries are fast charge compatible, going at a rate of 30 Watts. Is actually pretty comfortable on my head. Once it is seated, it doesn't feel like it's going to fly off. And I was running around my house in mixed reality. It comes with two batteries and it all comes at a price less than $50. This is the best one I found for the price.

It is a beautiful product if you use the original meta-head strap , you have multi way to tight your device to your head without any pain or suffering But you cannot use it when you lay down your new bed It’s too hard to have comfort when you lay down so if you have a plan to use it for at least two hours without laying down, it is a good choice for you

THe Head Strap itself is comfortable and works well, BUT one battery was completely dead.

The only problem here are the batteries overheating issues, while charging the heat set, making them drain quickly and stopping charging. Please fix the batteries issue, bought this because of battery packs.
