The battle between hope and despair will soon begin!! - Although this book may be written in Japanese with no translations or English variations, its such a monumental and enjoyable piece of work that I have to recommend it to any Danganronpa fan. The artwork is gorgeous and if you can manage to find translations of the book online, you can support Danganronpa and stay up to date on strange and bizarre occurrences that are about to take place at Hope's Peak Academy. This is the beginning of the series and is actually dated before Danganronpa 1 Trigger Happy Havoc (the first game released.) Its an excellent read and very informative about various characters and events referenced throughout the games. I wish Kodaka would choose to bring this to consoles cuz its an amazing entry point to an even more amazing murder mystery series!! 2 thumbs way up!!! Review: good book - Just a heads up, the book is not translated so if you are looking for the translated book I recommend reading it online or buying one that is translated. Aside from that, the book is really good and the art is really cool! I recommend this book to anyone who has finished the danganronpa games! (+ the anime)

Just a heads up, the book is not translated so if you are looking for the translated book I recommend reading it online or buying one that is translated. Aside from that, the book is really good and the art is really cool! I recommend this book to anyone who has finished the danganronpa games! (+ the anime)

Imperdibile per i fan della saga
Se hai amato i giochi di Danganronpa, questo romanzo è fondamentale. Il primo volume di Danganronpa Zero approfondisce il passato dell’universo narrativo e aggiunge molti dettagli su eventi e personaggi che nel gioco venivano solo accennati. La scrittura è fluida, in linea con il tono della serie: misteriosa, cupa ma anche surreale. I dialoghi sono ben curati e si sente la firma di Kazutaka Kodaka. Si legge velocemente ma lascia addosso tante domande e inquietudine, esattamente come ci si aspetta. L’edizione è buona, la traduzione è scorrevole e non perde il tono originale. Un ottimo primo atto che getta le basi per il secondo volume.
