Love Guru Nanda! This oil I think really has helped with my oral health tremendously! I ran out and stopped using it for a couple of months (life happens), which I regret doing. But, I think the proof is in the pudding, as a recent dentist visit (after not going for a couple of years) saw an improvement in something that I’ve been told for years will eventually need more extensive treatment (we’ll still keep an eye on things) and the maintaining of an area they thought needed a filling. Granted, brushing and flossing play a big roll, for which I admit, I could do better. But, I truly believe this product helped fill in the gaps for my overall oral health. It can feel a little laborious to have to swish for longer periods of time, but, the overall benefit and outcome is worth it! Haven’t ordered this size before, so happy to have a little extra on hand and will make sure I always keep this stocked!

I was intrigued by the idea of oil pulling and gave this kit a try it definitely leaves your mouth feeling fresher and cleaner, especially first thing in the morning. The mint flavor helps cut the oiliness, but it’s still a bit of an adjustment at first. I like that it comes with a tongue scraper and travel-sized options too. Not an instant fix for dental concerns, but great as a supplement to brushing.

I have ADHD and have struggled with my dental hygiene for a good portion of my life.Using this pulling oil once a day has really improved, the overall look of my teeth as well as my gum health.It always leaves my teeth, feeling extra clean and my breath feeling really fresh.You don’t really have to use a lot of of the oil about 10 mL to 15 mL per use so I anticipate this bottle lasting a long time. Pretty good value for the price.The peppermint and oil taste can be a little overwhelming even though I know to expect it.

I’ve been using the pulling oil for almost 2 weeks, and my teeth have definitely gotten whiter. Also my gums don’t feel as sore, as it sometimes does. I love the taste of the oil, has a minty taste however doesn’t burn, and I’ve also seen a little reduction in plaque buildup. However, I’ve noticed that my mouth has gotten dry since using the product, so I try to drink more water than usual. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product. The buttery soft toothbrush is also a nice addition.

Leaves your breath fresh and minty. Do not spit out in your sink. The oil can clog it. I've been using this product for 8 months now. Had my 6 month cleaning and the dentist and hygienist phrased me on how good my gums and teeth looked. I never told them I was using this product. I'm waiting till I return In hopes that I continue to get good feedback, I will then tell them I owe it all to GURU Nanda Pulling oil

The difference in my teeth is wild. I noticed a big difference in the span of 2 days and its recommended to use it mainly at night time because while you sleep your mouth creates more bacteria which is why you brush in the morning but while you sleep you get the oil pulling battling the bacteria in your mouth.
