It doesn't feel or write quite the same as the ReMarkable Marker Plus. No, it's lighter in weight, the magnet isn't as strong (so, for example, if I lift up my ReMarkable to a more vertical position, the pen slides down the front), the pen makes a bit of a "clicky" sound as you write, and the pen tips are harder and more plasticky. However, it works and it's about half the price of the ReMarkable Marker Plus! You just need to press down a bit harder to write and to press the buttons.

Not wanting to buy the overpriced official pen for my Remarkable 2, this pen is excellent value for money. It performs well, has a nice feel writing on the Remarkable 2 and the eraser function works perfectly. Best of all, the magnet is strong and won't fall off the side of my tablet easily. It comes with 5 spare tips. The weight is light but it means you won't get tired a wrist using it all day. Also the Customer service is exemplary. I had a small problem with my pen, and because I live in Singapore, I could not register for lifetime warranty (no US Postal code). Not a problem! After contacting the company via their website, Ryan (the company owner) emailed me back and offered to replace my pen free of charge! A few days later I have my new pen and I'm enjoying using it! Thanks Ryan. I recommend this product. You won't be disappointed.

I keep the original pen for my Remarkable 2 in the case (hard-sided) when I'm not using it. So I was really surprised when I went to use my pen a few days ago and saw that there was a little chip of plastic missing from the tip of the pen where the nib goes in. I figured I should have a backup pen on hand, but was not interested in spending a ton of money on another Remarkable pen. I have purchased 5 EMR pens this week. One of the others wouldn't hold my current nibs snug, and they kept sliding out. A couple of them didn't have the built-in eraser or a magnet, so it wouldn't be secure in my case. Others would not fit in my case at all, and one was kind of okay, but the magnet wasn't great. Of all the pens, this is the only one I'm keeping. The magnet is nice and strong and holds snugly against my Remarkable case. The size and shape of this pen are comparable to the original pen, which isn't great, but I'm used to it. The nibs work great, and the eraser is really responsive. Also, this is at least 50% cheaper than what I paid for the original pen.

I picked up this pen hoping it would be a decent stand-in for my original Remarkable Maker plus, but honestly? It's not even close. Like, really far from it. First off, and I've seen others say this too, it gets super weird at certain angles. My original Remarkable pen never gave me that trouble, it just worked no matter how I held it. Then there's the feel of writing on the RM2. It just doesn't feel right. You can eventually get used to it, I guess, but it never quite gives you that smooth, natural glide that the original does. It feels... off. And here's another thing that really bugs me: sometimes the tip feels like it's wiggling around while I'm writing or just using it on the RM2. That's a definite no-go, and again, never happened with my original pen. I even uploaded a video to show the angle problem. All in all, I just can't recommend this pen. Maybe I got a bad one, but seriously, the one I received is just not something I'd suggest anyone buy. That's why it's a solid 1-star from me."

The V-Pen works fine with my remarkable 2 tablet. The magnet works well with the tablet, and it writes and erases just fine. For a price that is substantially less the "real" remarkable pen, it gets the job done. However, ignoring price, the V-Pen doesn't match up very well. The V-Pen is too lightweight, making writing with it less natural (for me). Additionally, both the eraser and the nib (tip) have a very artificial and plastic feel when applied to the remarkable. This makes writing more difficult, because where the friction of the real remarkable pen lets to write very controlled, staying on and even plane, the V-Pen's plastic non-friction "glide" requires much more manual restraint and control to write evenly. The eraser is the same, there's almost no friction, so when you slide the eraser across the tablet, it's like being on ice, you easily go beyond your desired endpoint, whereas again, the friction of the remarkable’s eraser make controlling the stroke far more natural.

I LOVED this pen. I've had it for about three months. It writes well, and was perfect for what I needed It to be. I personally use it with the super note Writing tablet. I really like the built in eraser. It was the main selling point for me. as a broke college student, I have to be discerning about what purchases I make. For me the price was very good. it worked really well. However, you're probubly looking at the star rating I gave it and wondering, Well what went wrong? Well, Halfway through my brief calculus class, the eraser end broke. I tried everything I could to fix it. I even thought that it might be something wrong with my tablet. Nope! It simply stopped working. I am very disappointed. It broke after THREE months. Agein this was the main part of why I loved the pen. Bealive those who say it broke after 3 months!! I didn't, and was sorely mistaken. I LOVED this pen. To bad it broke. I am very disappointed.

Two things to know about this sylus: 1) The surface is very smooth, to the point of slippery. I didn't find it nearly as comfortable as the stylus that came with my Remarkable. 2) As other reviewers have noted, the eraser can stop working without an obvious cause. I used mine for about 2 months, and now it's write-only, no erase. My old stylus works just fine, so I know it's the stylus itself. I tried replacing the nib in the eraser, having heard that can sometimes be the fix. No luck, unfortunately.

Very happy with this purchase. I lost my pen for my Remarkable 2 tablet and purchased this as it was slightly cheaper than purchasing a genuine remarkable pen. The sensitivity on the tablet is really good, the rubber works perfectly and the magnetic holder, holds the pen against the tablet in a secure manner. If you are looking to buy a replacement pen for your remarkable 2 tablet then I can confirm this does work as expected!

The pen worked great and paired easily with my Remarkable, but after only a few months the tip can now bend in position at the end of the stylus. It can still technically write but I fear that I'm going to break it right off every time I use it.

My first v-pen, the eraser stopped working but thought i might simple damage it. My wife ordered another for my birthday, however about a month later, it happened again, eraser stopped working. Seller indicated originally offered a refund but still wait and ignore emails/comments.

After 3 months performance was very bad. There was no link to contact the supplier to seek support and return the product that does not perform to specifications.
