AMVR VR Golf Club Attachment Compatible with Meta/Oculus Quest 3S/Quest 3

Been using this for just over 3 weeks now and love it. Gives you the feel of a real club. It is a little on the lite side for weight but no 2 foot long controller attachment is going to feel the same as a real club no matter how weights are placed on it. Buttons and triggers are easy to access when attached to the club. Installing the right hand controller was very simple. Stays in place well. Have not had any issue of it coming loose while swinging it, even after hours of play. In fact, I have never had to re-tighten it once. Removing the controller is just as easy too. I bought it specifically to play with Golf+. It is actually in their library of attachments, so set up is as simple as clicking on it from the list. Makes the game much easier and enjoyable to play.

Bought this for my son for his Virtual Golf Game on his Meta. I have tried a few times. Very realistic!!!

Works great with Oculus 3 and Golf+. It’s little tricky feeding the security cord thru the hole. I purchased an extra security cord so I don’t have to do this. It’s very easy changing security cords. I wrapped some tungsten tape around the base of the club just above where the hand controller sits. This increases swing weight. I’m trying to get a similar feel to a real golf club.

First: I really love this attachment for Golf+. It was refreshing to see this specific model in the “attachments” section of the Goof+ app. I think this feels very lifelike but obviously you are immersed in a virtual world so it’s not all the club. Most people are playing a quest in a more confined space if I had to guess so considering this a great option if you have very limited space. If you play golf regularly you may want a full length VR club because they will feel even closer but cost more. No clue how this would help your swing if at all. I would say using this while being immersed in the game will really only help the mental part of your game. Breakfast double bogey chip ins from the sand, slices off the tee into the woods, etc. you will feel the motion and it enhances the experience to have the attachment. If you are going to buy the Golf* app you should consider budgeting for the attachment. It makes the game more fun and lifelike. The attachment is built well and is obviously much better than playing the game with the traditional controllers. I would say if you are a golfer in real life you will want it

My grandson plays golf in school and this is incredibly fun to him on his VR!! Improves his swing and improved the gaming experience. Very realistic when it comes to VR play..10 iut of 10 recommendation and is a great price

This thing is awesome. Realllly helps make it feel like you're actually playing golf with a real club. It fits very easily and securely with the Meta Quest remote. It works flawlessly with Golf+. It took a bit to figure out how to get the setting in the game to work with this attachment but I figured it out. I only wish it had more weight at the bottom of it.

Feels solid and close to a real club, if you are looking for a good club attachment for Golf+ on oculus I highly recommend this one.

This made Walkabout Mini Golf so much more fun an realistic to play! I expected it to be a bit of a novelty, but I was actually surprised by how much it adds the the game over just using the controller. I've only used it for a couple of sessions now, but I can't imagine going back to without it. Setup was pretty simple from the menu (only took a minute to get it calibrated, once I figured out how it worked), and now it can easily be turned on or off in the menu. The hardest part is adjusting to using the controller to navigate while connected to the club (I now hold the club with the right hand, and use the left hand to navigate with the controller). If you're just interested in playing the game and not exploring though, you can just turn on auto-teleport and after each shot you'll just jump to the ball. If I need to do a lot of exploration (like looking for hidden balls on a new course), I'll just turn off the custom putter in the settings and got back to using the controller as normal in the right hand. When I'm done with that, I'll turn it back on for actually playing. One other thing to note is that I have the PRISMXR Carina D1 dock (which uses somewhat standard sized AA batteries with exposed contact points for the controller charging), and can confirm that the club works fine with these controller batteries. I just pop off the charging battery cover and put on the cover that comes with the club, and it's good to to. I know that there are compatibility issues with other charge dock batteries like the official Quest 3 dock and the BOBOVR D3 (which both use larger battery packs inside the controllers), so I thought I'd call out the Carina D1 dock as one which is "compatible" without needing to swap out batteries (just need to swap the cover).

muy bien accesorio, funciona perfectamente con Golf+, estable y tiene algod e peso, aunque un poco mas hubiera sido mejor. unico "pero" es que quitar y poner, no es tan rapido como pensaba.

Als begeisterter VR-Golfer war ich auf der Suche nach einem Zubehör, das mein Golf+-Erlebnis auf der Quest 3 verbessern könnte. Mit diesem AMVR Golfschlägeraufsatz habe ich definitiv ins Schwarze getroffen! Die Verarbeitung ist erstklassig: Der Aluminiumschaft wirkt sehr hochwertig und stabil, während der Gummigriff sich nahezu identisch anfühlt wie bei einem echten Golfschläger. Was mich besonders überzeugt hat, ist der sichere Halt des Controllers. Durch das clevere Befestigungssystem mit der Schnalle und dem zusätzlichen Sicherungsknopf für das Handgelenkband sitzt der Controller bombenfest. Selbst bei kräftigen Schwüngen habe ich nie das Gefühl, dass sich etwas lösen könnte. Die Installation war kinderleicht: Controller einsetzen, Schnalle schließen, Sicherung festziehen, fertig! Die mitgelieferte Batteriefachabdeckung passt perfekt und vervollständigt das System. In der Golf+ App musste ich nur noch kurz den Schlägeraufsatz kalibrieren, was ebenfalls problemlos funktionierte. Was das Spielerlebnis betrifft: Welch ein Unterschied! Der Schwung fühlt sich durch die zusätzliche Länge und das Gewicht viel realistischer an. Die Schwungbewegung wird natürlicher, und man bekommt ein viel besseres Gefühl für die Schlagkraft. Das 80-Grad-Design sorgt dafür, dass das Tracking jederzeit einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Tasten am Controller sind trotz des Aufsatzes problemlos erreichbar. Für alle, die Golf+ auf ihrer Quest 3 spielen und ein realistischeres Spielgefühl erleben möchten, ist dieser Golfschlägeraufsatz ein absolutes Must-have. Der Preis von knapp 47 Euro mag auf den ersten Blick etwas hoch erscheinen, aber die Qualität und der enorme Zugewinn an Spielspaß rechtfertigen die Investition vollkommen.

Se giocate a a Golf + e' praticamente un "must have" ma a patto che siate giocatori o che abbiate preso qualche lezione perche', diversamente, l'impugnatura risultera' molto piu' difficile da farla correttamente rispetto al singolo controller del Q3. Ovviamente se la impugnatura non e' perfetta la pallina andra' ovunque tranne dove l'avete indirizzata voi. Quindi e' sicuramente consigliatissimo da avere per aggiungere un indispensabile realismo ma, per alcuni, potrebbe non avere un immediato beneficio inteso come resa e divertimento. L'articolo e' abbastanza buono. lo shaft, in acciaio e' di buona fattura e, molto buona, e' l'impugnatura in gomma molto simile (se non uguale) a quella di una vera mazzata da golf. Il sistema di affrancatura e' buono il rischio di lanciare il controller contro una finestra o contro il coniuge, non c'e'. Articolo sicuramente bello, valido e "indispensabile" per Golf Plus ma, 49,99 euro, sono oggettivamente, un po' tanti. Io comunque sono soddisfatto.

Edit : Suite à une communication fructueuse avec le vendeur (et à son initiative), mes problèmes sont résolus. Il m'a donné la démarche en images pour configurer Walkabout Mini Golf. Je suis satisfait, je réévalue ma note de 3 à 5 étoiles :) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bien fait dans l'ensemble, le manche ressemble à un vrai club de golf. Il est léger et le grip est bon. La mise en place de la manette ne prend pas trop de temps. Un point faible pourrait être le claquet qui se ferme pour bloquer la manette. A force d'ouverture et de fermeture, il pourrait ne plus clipser correctement. Indispensable dans Golf+ (et totalement compatible) mais assez inutile dans Walkabout Mini Golf. Par contre, le prix est bien trop élevé pour ce que c'est... Et on le trouve à moitié prix sur d'autres sites. Dommage...
