This is a great tool
The media could not be loaded. First, for your own safety make sure you wear some kind of protective ear plugs, its quite noisy as you can hear from the video and protective glasses.I received it today, and it comes with blade, scrapper, hook and loop backing pad and sanding sheet. It feels a bit heavy on the hand at first but it's comfortable.Did a perfect job for my need, i had some compressed cardboard left after removing laminate from stairs, without this tool there was no way doing it.Don't use it for long periods continuously because it can overheat. I have used it for a few minutes then let it cool down and then again.Overall if you need to sand, scrap or cut, i am talking about small house works this tool definitely is a must.It gives you value for your money, you won't regret having it.

Bargain multi tool
I bought this to do a single job so wasn't looking to spend a huge amount so settled on this Silverline. If I am honest, I wasn't expecting a great tool, but actually I was pleasantly surprised. The build quality was good for the money, came with three heads/tools of which I only needed the standard cutting blade which worked well, the others looked of decent quality.I can't speak for long term durability as my job was 10 minutes worth of use cutting out a section of kitchen cupboard, which it handled easily and showed no signs of struggling cutting through the laminated chipboard.Overall, I am happy with my purchase and am sure I will find other jobs for it as time goes on!

Excellent bit of kit.
This multi-tool arrived mid morning (next day delivery).well built and heavier than I expected which is not a bad thing.Bought for a specific job in mind needing to trim the edge of a bit of skirting board which is fitted to the wall.I found the fitting a 1/2" x 6" deep piece of wood right on the cut line with some double sided tape to act as a guide to cut through the skirting was perfect. then you can remove the piece of wood after cutting leaving no mark on the skirting. I had thought in the past that these tools were a bit gimmicky but not so it works really well, has a powerful 300w motor and variable speed control. This tool comes with an allen key for changing the various blades and attachments. It also comes with a wood cutting blade, a scraper blade and a sanding pad complete with 2 sanding sheets.Cost: at just over £20-00 I think this exceptional value for money. There are more expensive tools on the market but I think for the DIY casual user these are bang on.There is a 30 day guarantee with this but if you log onto the Silverline website and register the product there is a 3 year guarantee covering repair or replacement.Paul

it broke down after 20mins of use
was initially happy, the item was working fine and simple to use. It broke down after about 20mins of usage. initiated return, Amazon now uses EVRI which is just about the worst courier ever. Amazon advertises and pushes you to return the item through EVRI claiming NO BOXING OR LABEL is needed but when i went to the post office, they refused to box it, so they just printed a return label and stuck it to the original box (unsealed) so I have no idea in what conditions the item will reach the wharehouse, i complained and customer service doesn't know anything, they said contact EVRI directly, even worse, EVRI customer support is a stupid robot. Also they ask for tracking number but the EVRI receipt i got back from the post office has NO TRACKING number, so now I'm waiting on fate the item is actually returned in decent conditions, and that I will actually get a refund. - Amazon is getting progressively worse and it clearly sells cheap items. I discovered many influencers have stopped supporting this particular brand, so that looks very suspicious

Perfect for small DIY Tasks
This is a great little multi tool for general DIY tasks but nothing more. We’ve found it easy to setup and use and on par with the bigger multi tools when it comes to noise levels.

Good, but unreliable
The second one of these I have had has just gone kaput. Not particularly hard work for it either, or dusty etc, just cutting wooden architrave, adjusted the dial, wobbly rpms, flash of blue and dead. Conclusion - shoddy quality. Which is a shame as it was doing a grand job up until that point.5 stars for Amazon’s customer service, who have refunded me in full (again) despite it being beyond the 30 days - more like three months. If yours goes bang within a year of having it, contact Amazon before you do anything else as chances are they will be able to sort it.
