Amazing product but broke quickly - faulty item ?
Brilliant product and very quick file / image transfer ; unfortunately it has stopped working for me after a few months of use - maybe 15 plug ins or so which is a shame, I suspect this to be a faulty item opposed to a poor design.Tried to email direct to discuss but unfortunately this was the only means of communication I could find on amazon to the seller.Hope you can help
