Just get it, you will love it.
Just get it. Easy to use and clean. Just use the cup that comes with it to not over fill. It makes great white rice but today I made asparagus, mushroom, risotto using risotto rice and white wine. OMG quick easy and tasted amazing. Love risotto but hated cooking on the stove. This is my new best friend, right beside my instant pot and air fryer. You can't go wrong getting this and it's easy to store, every thing fits inside. Next I'm going to try steaming salmon while making rice. UPDATE I just make taco soup using the slow cooker and could not be easier. I am the only person so the small size works for me, if you are a family or cook bigger meals get the bigger one. You can't go wrong. Ok just found a con: the cup for the drip is very easy to knock out, when lifting. You just have to be careful to not knock it out and lose it, but so far that's the only thing I see that needs improved. Con #2 everything stores inside the pot. But you must leave it open to keep from it smelling of cooked food. I use vinegar and water and let simmer to cut smell. Then let air out with lid open. If possible store with lid open since you can't take off the lid.

Versatile, Reliable & Perfect for Busy Kitchens!
We purchased our first Aroma rice cooker about 5 years ago and when it finally stopped working we came back to get a new one - Upgrade. I absolutely love the AROMA Professional Digital Rice Cooker! It’s not just a rice cooker—it’s a multicooker that handles white rice, brown rice, eggs, oatmeal, steaming, slow cooking, and even sauté-then-simmer for flavorful dishes. We use our rice cooker a LOT since we can do so many different things. It stays on our kitchen counter. The 10-cup capacity is ideal for small to medium families, and the included steam tray lets me cook veggies or fish while rice cooks below—huge time saver! The digital controls are intuitive, and the 15-hour delay timer is a lifesaver for meal planning. Cleanup is easy thanks to the non-stick inner pot, and the stainless steel exterior looks sleek on my counter. If you want a compact, multifunctional cooker that delivers consistent results, this is the one! Highly recommend for anyone who wants value for the money, durability, convenience without sacrificing quality, then this is the rice cooker for you.

Fast, Reliable, and Easy to Use
This is by far my favorite rice cooker I’ve ever purchased. It cooks rice perfectly every time, and the Quick Rice option is a game changer and it’s noticeably faster than my previous cooker which I appreciate when needing to whip up a quick meal. The rice comes out with just the right amount of stickiness, which I personally love. I’ve also been pleasantly surprised by how much I use the other functions, especially the sauté-then-simmer feature. I’ve even tried a few of the recipes from the included booklet, and they were fantastic! The frittata recipe has become a go-to for lazy mornings when I want something tasty without much effort. Overall, the value for the price is excellent. The generous size alone makes it worth it, but combined with the performance and features, it’s honestly one of the best kitchen purchases I’ve made.

Great, consistent rice cooker
I’ve only had this rice cooker for a little over a month and I love it. It gives me consistent rice every time. I’ve only used it for jasmine rice and it does great. It takes around 25 minutes but I don’t mind. I just turn it on before I start cooking and it’s usually done by the time the rest of the food is done. I add a little salt and olive oil before starting it. My parents have been using it as well. They love it and are talking about buying their own when I move out. We make rice about 2-4 times a week.

Great value & functionality
Works as described & I appreciate that it’s also a multi cooker. I made a one pot curry & rice which was very simple to do & turned out pretty good.

Perfect!
I made 3 cups of dry rice with 3.5 cups of bone broth (I am at high altitude so I add a little more water than a 1:1) and I even threw in some frozen rotisserie chicken I had and some fresh sliced onion. I wanrted to see whatthis would do. There were no booklets, only Rinse rice, push button. So, I did and I hoped for the best. I added mirin, garlic, ginger, and then left it to do its thing. About 20 or so mnutes later, it jingled, and I could smell it and when I popped the lid open, it was steaming, the chicken was moist, pressed through with slight pressure and the rice was FLUFFY !! It was strange though, when it started, the lights lit in a circular oattern I presumed that mant it was preheating. I had no way to know, and no bookllet to check. There is a QR code in the box flap to register it, so maybe there is more info there I have not yet done so. I am not sure, with the rissotto function, if I would just add the same rations of rice and water as I would on the stove, for high altitude? Again, no booklet for any settings, so I can only again, presume, this is a Set, press the button and forget. This is pretty much an instant pot without the pressure cook function.

So much more than a rice cooker
Very nice rice cooker. My wife makes rice every day, so this will get a lot of use. Her last one was an Aroma as well, It held up very well for several years. But that one only cooked rice. I like the idea that this one can do so much more. I plan on steaming veggies a lot and looking forward to making some stew with this bad boy. It's very easy to cook rice, measure, add water and press a button. Aroma makes a great product. The price is really good for what you get and the stainless steel variant color matches our kitchen decor. Great non stick surface, just be sure to wash it with a cloth rather than a scrubber to maintain that. Highly recommend this rice cooker!

Works great, with lots of cooking options, for far more than just rice!
I love this rice cooker, with all the convenience it offers. It not only make your rice and grains in it, you can also sauté aromatics to flavor your food. I found this extremely useful, when I wanted to make a pilaf or something else in it. So far I’ve only used it for rice and grains like farro and bulgur (kasha). It makes all kinds of rice; sushi, jasmine, basmati, risotto or any long grain rice, even brown rice. It makes the different kinds of rice and grains, without you worrying about the timing or texture. There are lots of other options on this unit, for making other types of recipes in it. It slow cooks, steams, reheats and many other options as well. It has a digital display, so you know where it is in the cooking process. It lets you know when it is about to finish, and how much time is left. it also has a warming element, which it automatically goes to when the food is cooked. It actually can be used to cook and automatically go to the warm cycle when it’s done. It can be kept for a good amount of time, though you shouldn’t leave rice in it for too long. The pan is nonstick, making it easy to clean. If there is a con for this cooker, it’s that the manual isn’t really clear about the timing and options for grains other than rice. There also isn’t a lot of recipes included with it, or on their website. Their reference to cups of rice and other things it does is that the cup provided for measuring out the food is really onły 3/4 of a cup, not a standard 1 cup. The lines inside the pot are hard to read, and experienced chefs will use the amount of water or broth per the type of rice. They are quite clear however, about the amount that their cup is 3/4 of a cup, not a standard measurement. However I have found that if you use either their cup, or a standard 1 cup, the cooker is very good at discerning how much time it needs to make it. even used my usual method of measuring the liquid by using my finger going up to my knuckle (with my finger to adjust for cooking, regardless of kind or type of rice. I also use the same technique any kind of rice, just remember to put your finger tip down on the top of the rice and liquid. I definitely recommend this rice cooker. I originally bought it to replace a very old rice cooker that I had lost their manual and couldn’t get it off their website. I’m very happy with this brand and what it can do I recommend this choice of brand, with its options and sizes of rice cookers.

So far so good!
This rice cooker does well/best with big batches of rice/oats. We've even tried sushi rise and it comes out perfectly sticky and separated. Just please make sure you follow the exact instructions for the measurements (of the rice cooker, not your rice) or it will come out mushy and that will be user error. It's also very silent and the steamer/spatula work great. In the video you can see it makes perfect oatmeal which is also awesome. My only complaint is that there is no timer - only one for the last 5-6 minutes. I wish it just showed the entire count down. Overall definitely one of the better appliances I've purchased and I would recommend.
