Easy absorption
Started on this a week now and already my bloating has gone! I mix it in with my protein powder and it dissolves easily.

Value has nosedived
This is a good product, however the price jumped from $35 to $55 in less than a year, so I switched to the Sports Research brand for nearly half the price.

Lack of transparency. The main ingredient is Tilapia which is not a prefeee ingredient by some customers. The ingredients should be clearly listed under product description.
