This is a pretty good speaker for the money, but there are DEFINITELY some learning curves. 1. There are TWO microphones: ONE IS ON THE BACK OF THE SPEAKER. The other is on the remote control. 2. To record a repeating message, USE THE MIC ON THE BACK OF THE SPEAKER. 3. You are better served not to use the live broadcast mode. The remote control mic is VERY VERY sensitive. It picks up casual conversations incredibly well even when holding it at my side. Even after covering the mic with electrical tape, it is still very sensitive. You may want to take the remote apart a bit and fill it with some sort of acoustic material to dampen it, or find a way to reduce the gain. It is almost impossible to understand live speech being broadcast, but the looped audio works well. 4. When using the looping messages, the speaker automatically lowers the volume EVERY TIME. You must increase the volume with the remote. It takes about 2 seconds for the speaker to process a single volume click. So you must click, wait, click, wait, click wait.

I had this item twice now both times it has went defective it works great for a week or two then the speaker randomly doesn’t hold a charge or turn on.

We have a blueberry business and birds are always a problem. I purchased this to haze crows. I have attached this to a DJI mini 4 pro drone and fly over our fields with a recording of a red tail hawk. AI mentioned that crows do no like hawks, especially when they fly overhead. So far, this has worked great. The only con is that I wish it would be even louder. It is very loud but when you are hazing crows over 80 acres of blueberries it would be nice if it could be louder. To give you an idea, up close the sound will hurt your ears but at 20' is just annoying. Check out my video of the drone at about 20'. I cycle through two recordings I made, the first is of crows calling for help, the second is the call of a red tail hawk. The recordings were made off of sound files found on the internet. I know some will ask, the DJI mini 4 pro handles the speaker pretty well the flight time hit is about 10% and it is strapped on with the included rubber bands.

So far this has been a much better microphone than the ones 8ve used before. It is very loud and range is about 1000 ft up to about 200ft with good reception. Well that's how far I was able to test it so far. Battery life is great and USB C charging is a plus. Apart from the microphone capability is also has a feature where you can record audio to it to be played back later for around 20 seconds. Only draw back our phone is at the audio recorded is not very loud when you play it back on the microphone. It comes with straps for your drone but the straps that attached their drawing seem to be a little bit smaller and could be a little bit bigger It's a very tight stretch I feel it over time these will get crystalline and get weak.

This is kind of a joke. Heavy and range is horrible.

No could hear the audio. Its more of a novelty but found for my scenario, did not work well at all.
