Review: Solid Tablet That Punches Above Its Weight
I’ll be real—I was debating between this and a much more expensive iPad, but I’m glad I went with the A9+. I mainly needed something for watching YouTube in bed, browsing the web, and the occasional Zoom call, and it handles all of that perfectly. The first thing I noticed was the screen. For a "budget" tablet, the 90Hz refresh rate makes a massive difference. Everything just feels smooth when you’re scrolling through apps; it doesn't have that annoying lag or "ghosting" my old tablet had. Rating: 5/5 Stars - Honestly, better than I expected for the price I’ll be real—I was debating between this and a much more expensive iPad, but I’m glad I went with the A9+. The Pros: The Speakers: Usually, tablet speakers sound tiny and tinny, but these are actually loud and clear. It’s got four of them, so the sound follows you even if you're holding it in landscape mode. Design: The Graphite finish looks really sleek. It’s thin and has a bit of weight to it that makes it feel expensive. Battery: I’ve been getting a solid couple of days of casual use out of a single charge. The Cons (just being honest): The Storage: 64GB fills up fast if you download movies for a flight. Do yourself a favor and buy a cheap microSD card at the same time—the fact that you can actually expand the storage is a huge plus. No Wall Plug: It comes with the cable but no actual power brick. Luckily I have a million of them around the house, but just a heads up if you don't. Bottom Line: If you're looking for a "Pro" device to do heavy video editing, this probably isn't it. But if you want a reliable, snappy tablet for media and everyday stuff, you really can’t beat this for the money. Definitely worth it.

Galaxy Gem!
The Galaxy Tab A9 is the first tablet that I have purchased in just over a DECADE; and it's entirely worth the money! The performance is what you would expect for a lower end device, but that doesn't mean that the performance isn't good, quite the opposite actually. I use the tablet for note taking (Samsung Notes is the only app you need!), watching Netflix & Prime Video. I also play a variety of casual games (I've been a Gamer for over 30 years and I would never use a mobile device as my main console, so for more graphically intensive games I use my home console), and the A9 handles that beautifully! I play Stardew Valley, Cat Quest II, Skul: The Hero Slayer, Good Pizza, Great Pizza & the list goes on, lol! I've played these games using the on-screen controls, as well as connecting my Xbox Series X/S controller too, and both work very well. I also use the A9 for digital colouring and it is a joy to use for this purpose. The screen resolution is great for me, but it must be noted that I have terrible eyesight, so most things unless completely horrible will look good to me. The A9 is very easy to use and even though I hadn't had a tablet in such a long time, there was no learning curve for me. I also have an S21 FE 5G, so that could contribute to how easy I found it to use this device. The A9 isn't the fastest tablet, but I knew that going in, and because of how I use it, that doesn't bother me. If you're looking for a faster tablet then I'd recommend spending the extra money, and buying the Tab A9+. The speed is sufficient for what you'll use it for, so don't let that worry you. The touchscreen is responsive enough, with only the occasional lag and that usually comes with stylus use, as the styli are impacted by things that might be on the screen or stylus itself, so keeping both clean is essential. This is a fantastic little device and I'm even happier because I was able to get it on sale. I'll be buying the Tab A9+ as well, because I do want a larger display, but this is a wonderful reintroduction to the world of tablet's and I do not regret my purchase at all.

Greatvtablet
Brilliant tablet. Perfect for kids right through until adults. Used daily in our house and holds charge well and can rub multiple apps. The 138gb is worth the extra cash and can store plenty of apps/photos. Easy to use. Fast, reliable and good sound quality. The best non apple tablet out there. Can't fault it.

Great for watching and reading
I've had this tablet for nearly a month now. I use this tablet for three things: Watching YouTube Watching Movies/TV Reading comics/manga For those three things, it's perfect. I have no social media on it nor do I have much reason to type anything. It's just a media machine. With that in mind, I feel like the battery is great. I left it on while doing a big clean and relaxation after and I think I logged about 10 hours of active screen time and I think I only just hit about 15% with that amount of continuous use. Switching between apps is fast and there is very little lag or hassle. I have no issue with the screen's sensitivity. I haven't encountered anything glitchy or inconvenient with it. The screen is a great size for subtitles and it is able to render higher quality video without any issue. It's not particularly heavy. I've read manga for hours at a time without it feeling like it's having any issues with my wrists. I do have it in a stand for all of the video-watching, however, but I feel like a cover is like of a no-brainer for tablets. For the price and for what I need of it I would happily say this is an excellent tablet. I wouldn't say I'm a high-intensity user in that I'm not switching between loads of different apps (I think I have only 5 installed besides the ones that come packed with Android) nor am I typing long messages or emails on it so I cannot speak for that side of things. But for a basic device used for what I listed above I would say it's very very good.

Excellent quality 11 inch tablet for entertainment, syncs with phone easily, colourful, display
An excellent quality 11 inch Samsung tablet that was easy to set up by using my Samsung galaxy s23 mobile phone to sync apps and make setting up the tablet, simple and straightforward. The tablet has a bright, colourful display with, the screen is very responsive and the layout and menus are just like using an android mobile phone, settings are easy to change and I found the overall set up of the tablet to run smoothly. The speakers are loud , with excellent sound quality for watching entertainment, movies, youtube and other platforms. There is also good quality camera's for taking photographs or for video calls. The tablet is very slim , with a sleek build quality to it , the side buttons are easy to press and are well placed. The Android tablet is just like navigating around a mobile phone but with a bigger screen with excellent clear visuals and good sound quality. It connects to WiFi very well and it is fast and responsive, it works very well with Android mobile phones for syncing apps, data , photos and other things. It has good compatibility and is a very well made metal body that is lightweight, robust and durable. I'd say it was excellent value and great for watching entertainment and sports on too , the screen is amazing.

What a great price for such a solid tablet
Lived in the Amazon tablet eco sphere. Kindle readers then fire tablets ..yeah but I liked it, honest Latest was the fire 8". Downloaded a series to watch on plane/quiet moments or when bored And couldn't be bothered to read an ebook Worked fantastically well. Fully aware how restricted/poor Amazon apps are, so side loaded play store using the tips on fire reviews and online. Id say search, but I read Amazon are making big efforts to stop such practices...really Jeff ?, let us use the kit you sell to the best purposes we can, mate Anyway, not in need just wanting a new gadget, I researched android tablets This one came up black Friday sale day one, £89 8/128 ram/storage. Snapped it up, went out of stock a day or two later, surprisingly ..lol Not a big fan of stock launcher, but Nova launcher secured my faith in it Transfer over of all my Google data made simple by Samsung ..bravo . Android phone user since start. But my first foray into reputable android tablet world (Of course I tried a no brand names droid tablet, haven't we all ? ..failed pretty quickly, and with dubious qualities of manufacture ) So I am Absolutely enjoying the quality & full unrestricted access to play store.this Samsung tablet offers SD card lets me download streamers/ BBC iPlayer to watch when I'm free. Only WiFi only. Might keep an eye out for the A9+ with SIM data..maybe ...mmhh But at my age (silver surfer) do I really need the added costs or need to upgrade to a higher graded costly model, one with all the whistles and bells a pro gamer might need ...mmhh...No ..lol. This little beauty offers me way more than enough right now, thank you Mr Samsung I'm very happy having stuck my toe into my first reputable brandef android tablet Tl;dr..see it at anywhere near what I paid, just BUY IT . No regrets here

Good fast tablet
This is a good tablet. Easy to set up and use with good bright clear graphics. I have this to replace my old Galaxy A7 and find that the sound quality on the A7 is much better than the new A9+ despite the A9 has 4 speakers instead of only 2 as on the A7
