Best that I have used

This is a very nice product and I am very satisfied with the quality. I'm not happy though with the way it was shipped. It was shipped in just the product retail packaging, which consisted of a thin cellophane wrapper. My product had clearly been dropped on its spine so there was minor creasing to the base of the spine, and the lower left corner of the front cover, also to the lower left corner of some of the inside pages. The packaging also had a tear and the product was left on the doorstep in the snow. The damage was minor and I have decided not to return it. It seems crazy though to ship a premium product in this way.

It’s a thick, highly quality leather journal. I’m writing my daily thoughts about my daughter who is growing up fast, and I’m also putting memories in it. It’s perfect for this kind of thing. I loved it so much I ordered another one. The second one never arrived. In fact it never made it to Australia. Either it got lost, or the sender didn’t sent it, given that the first one I received I loved I doubt it’s a sender error and it got lost somehow between American and Australia. So I won’t give a bad review, it’s a great product, but keep an eye on the tracking and get a refund if it doesn’t arrive . ☺️
