It's a good product. It lasts a long time. One capsule lasts me 5 days. I take it little by little, not exceeding the required daily dose. It's very economical.

I cannot begin to thank this product enough. I started doing some research and found that Magnesium Glycinate was good for your brain and relaxation. As someone who had insomnia and restless leg syndrome and anxiety, I needed something for my brain/nervous system to allow me to go to sleep. As someone who does not like taking pills, this powder really appealed to me. It is a very fine powder, unflavored (but not something you want to have with plain water). I add it to a 16-20oz cup of water with an electrolyte packet and I drink it with dinner/before bed. I be sure to finish it before bed and I start to get relaxed and sleepy like a normal human should. Since taking this, my resettles legs have died down and most night I do not have an issue with them. This has literally been a game changer in my life when adding to my "sleep routine" (Even though it is usually 2+ hours before bed that I start to take it). One thing to note, it does not give the effect when you take ZQuill/Melatonin where you get hid by a bus of sleepiness, more of a gradual time for bed/relax in bed sleepiness. If you can't find the scoop, shake the powder around, it usually can be found buried under the powder. Also, yes, the can is rather large for the amount of powder in there, but you def get a full months worth (once a day use) per can.

Coming from someone who has had a problem with falling asleep and staying asleep for most of my life, this stuff is a game changer. I mix it up and chug it real quick, and I’m out for the whole night. I don’t have a hard time waking up in the morning and I experience no daytime drowsiness. Before I started drinking this stuff, I would constantly be tired all day everyday. But once I started taking this, my life changed and I developed better sleep habits. The powder does have a slight weird taste to it but you’ll get used to it to it sooner or later. Just mix it with another drink instead of water or drink something behind it. Either way it’s worth it!

Does what it supposed to do

I'm overall happy with the item, but the container is quite large for the amount provided. The container could be half the size. The other issue I had was that the powder didn't mix very easily and required a lot of agitation, otherwise It's a good value.

I have diagnosed anxiety/ panic attacks and i’d rather not take any real meds so i take this and it works so good !! Keeps me calm and calms me down if I do get a little anxious
