Like the title says, these are pure salt tablets. I was a little worried at first about how big they would be since they are 1 gram each, but they are actually quite small, just a little circle, smaller than a dime. I got them for POTS, and they have honestly been such a helpful and easy way to reach my daily salt goal. I usually only need one, which is great. I would recommend taking them with food, though, since I noticed they can cause a bit of an upset stomach on an empty stomach. Other than that, I am really happy with them. They are exactly what I was looking for and come at a great price. Definitely a 5 star purchase for me!

Helped during marathon training

Good choice if you need lots of salt in a convenient form without breaking the bank. Drink plenty of water!! For reference, my doctor recommended 1000 mg salt per 1L of water, and I'm working my way up. Take it with a lot of water or start with a half tablet. It made me insanely nauseous the first time, so now i'm breaking the tablets in half and taking them without issue. It's a lot of sodium at once, so it can irritate your stomach. If you can't tolerate this, then try some buffered salt/electrolyte capsules instead. This is the highest dose of salt I've taken in one sitting, and I noticed a difference in how I felt after exercising the following day. I'll definitely keep taking it (but probably mix it up with electrolytes and salt capsules, too).

I cramp and get dehydrated a lot and am a coffee addict. I take one of these when I wake up with 20 oz water and repeat the same process before bed. Makes a world of difference and saves money on products like Gatorade. Especially useful when I had the flu.

If you have POTS these work wonders! I was diagnosed in 2023 and was really struggling (after a recent surgery) to get my dizziness back under control. I heard from many POTS patients that they took 4-8 of these a day (for any 'normal' person that's way too much, for us POTSIES it's a lifesaver) and that's exactly what it did. If I get too dizzy I take another one of these and lay/sit down for a little bit to let it absorb. I have a hard time with electrolyte drinks and things like LMNT, they're just too salty tasting and I can't get them down, so this is a great alternative. They're about the size of a dime with the thickness of 2 nickles, so they may be a bit hard to swallow for some. They are basically pure salt in tablet form so the second you put it in your mouth you will taste salt, but it goes away quickly if you're continuing to drink something.

I purchased these as a convenient way to increase my sodium intake as part of my own routine. I find tablets much easier than trying to drink salted water, which I personally don’t tolerate well. The bottle size is large and good value considering the number of tablets included. I’ve decanted some into a small pill container so I can take them with me when needed.
