It works perfectly and as it is stainless steel it is easy to clean.

It makes life a lot easier, was impressed with the tool.

Very well built, and the spikes are very sharp. But.. even with dry hands, very tough meat (hence the tenderiser!), you might find it less than ergonomic for punching through the muscle fibres. You really have to lean into it.. I used this to prepare some brisket for making salt beef. Once it got going (and for most parts of the brisket), it was great for most of the meat, but those cheap (stab-style) tenderiser would allow you to vary the force depending on the meat. If I was to have just one tenderiser, though,, this would probably be it.

Works great very sharp...be careful when cleaning as I perched me thumb with it lol

Love this product. It’s had a good weight to it and the quality is great. Easy to clean, and very easy to use. It is a bit pricy but it’s got that quality, weighty feel to it. Good size for people with large hands like mine.

Great for steaks or chicken. But I purchased it to use on a leg of pork. But it didn't even make a mark. Even with a strong family member trying. Disappointed.

It is a bit expensive for that item but the quality is what I paid for.

Melt in your mouth meats! This product has totally changed my cooking. I use it almost everyday.

J'aime : la réalisation tout inox et la solidité de construction J'apprécie beaucoup moins : la force à exercer pour enfoncer les dents dans la viande. Je comprends mieux pourquoi les modèles professionnels font usage d'aiguilles plus fines et dispose d'un système de manoeuvre à levier : l'effet levier permet d'augmenter la pression sur les aiguilles sans augmenter la force à exercer.

When I first received it, the package felt heavy, came well packaged. Item is of good quality, should be for the price, mine works great, springs are strong enough to push the plate down after driving blades in the meat. Pushes the spices into the meat and flattens the meat as well, very happy, should last a long time. Thanks!

Also, ich hab mir das Teil mal bestellt weil ich neugierig war ob es meinen Erwartungen gerecht wird!! Als erstes habe ich Hähnchenbrust damit bearbeitet , da ich keine Erfahrung mit Steakern hatte , habe ich mal systematisch das Fleisch damit bearbeitet ( bitte nur eine dafür geeigneten Unterlage benutzen ) Dann gewürzt , paniert und gebraten. Einfach genial, Fleisch zart, so hatte ich es noch nie einfach lecker!! Nackensteak ebenfalls, einfach Super. Aber Vorsicht wenn zu oft zugestochen wird hat man nur noch Fleischfetzen, denn die Klingen sind echt scharf . Das gilt für jedes Fleisch. Für mich besser als jeder Fleischklopfer, und wesentlich leiser!! Am besten selber ausprobieren! Ist stabil, leicht zu bedienen und gut zu reinigen .Habe den kauf nicht bereut!! Und Nein ich werde nicht gesponsert, sondern schreibe meine Erfahrungen mit diesem Fleischzartmacher, weil vom Fleischklopfen dieses laute Geräusch echt nervt !!
