Before ever taking something new, ask your doctor if this would be okay to use with any meds or health concerns you might have. Personally, this stuff WORKS! When I feel a cold coming on I use it as directed and it either stops my cold or helps symptoms to be very mild. The taste isn’t the best thing I’ve ever tasted, but it’s not unbearable, either. In fact, the texture while it’s dissolving is a lot more unpleasant than the taste — but again, nothing unbearable.

Zicam really works and I love that they added Elderberry to the formula. It tastes delicious and I found that combining this with echinacea and elderberry syrup shortened a really bad cold which I was over in less than 48 hours. I wish the bottle had more tablets than just 25. Definitely worth the price as the combination I used provided much needed relief from one of the worst colds I had had in year.

I love to take one of these on the first sign of a soar throat and suck it till it dissolves. They dissolve really nicely, coat the throat and seem to keep it from getting any sorer.

I think this product should be in every single household. You should always have this on hand because IT WORKS. It stops you from getting a cold and it is so useful and everyone needs this.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good product, but for me it didn’t work as fast as the nasal sticks version of the same product. Bit if you have an aversion to using nasal sticks, then this is indeed the best you can buy.
