This product is very tasty. I like how easy it is to use. I love how healthy this is. My only issue was that it was open when it arrived but I still think it is safe to consume. I live at a high altitude and this happens sometimes.

Great powder with no seed or skin residue. The color is just like raspberry color should be. A little on the pricey side, but I am willing to pay it for no seeds. Tastes great with just about everything I have used it for. I made raspberry cupcakes with raspberry frosting. I have also used in my smoothies with bananas. It mixes well and does not leave a grainy texture.

I ordered this to make raspberry frosting for my cakes. I normally use raspberry jam, but it makes the frosting a little on the runny side. I added this powder instead for a stiffer consistency. It’s easy to mix in. It has a great color. Its flavor is nearly true to raspberry Jam but there’s a little bit of a candy like flavor It didn’t flavor my frosting as much as I wanted so I ended up adding raspberry jam anyways. Overall I like the product I’ll use it again.

This product surprised me and I am now a repeat buyer. I recommend that you blend it with a home-made or store-bought lemonade and it will take you to another level. That is how I use it as it is less expensive than buying fresh or frozen raspberries. If there is ever a food shortage -I pray that it never happens- this is in my 20 items list to bulk. If you mix it with cold water better use a blender as it does not solve easily. Better dilute it with a bit of warm water if you don't want to use a blender and once solved, add cold water and lemon or just water. I still have not used it for baking but plan to do pancakes with it with banana... I will keep you posted.
