Autoglym Polar Blast, Concentrate Thick Snow Foam, 2.5L

I bought this AutoGlym Polar Blast after getting a pressure washer, as I'm now in charge of keeping the cars clean. I have to say, I'm really impressed with it.One thing I noticed is that the instructions recommend using 200ml, but I found that just 100ml was more than enough to produce a nice, thick, effective snow foam, so it should last a lot longer than expected.It loosened dirt really well, even helping to remove bird poo that had dried on and that the pressure washer alone couldn't shift. It also did a great job lifting brake dust and left the car looking really clean.Overall, it's well worth the money. It works brilliantly, lasts longer than I expected because I use less than the recommended amount, and I'll definitely be buying it again.

This is a good very good product which creates lots of foam at the recommended dosage. It cleans all the tough dirt, just bu rinsing with a pressure washer or just a hose pipe. Very quick, rinses easily, streak-free pre-wash. However, the autoglym hand held foam gun does not work so well, so you need a foam gun that attaches to a pressure washer to achieve a good foam cover

Not a bad product does a pretty good job smell great foams up very well and the dirt comes off

I am very, very happy with this product. It specifies to use 100ml per 500ml of water. In my case, I used 150ml of product with 750ml of water. I got around all three cars, doing a quick second coat on my wife's car, with 350ml left. I didn't use it on the thickest foam setting, but it was far from the most diluted. I let it sit for about 15 minutes and pressure washed it away. I didn't bother with any contact washing; I just wanted to see how it would perform on its own, and it did a fairly good job. Granted, if you scrub your car as well, then it's going to look the mutt's nuts. However, for me, it was Sunday evening, and I just wanted a quick try of it, the cars weren't filthy just lots of dust and the foam has pulls the majority of it away.Using the amount of product I used for the three cars we have, this 2.5 litre snow foam should last me about 15 washes on all three cars, its not cheap but certainly not expensive, definitely recommend.

Amazing stuff as always from Autoglym. Nice and think and washed the dirt away with ease. You could even see the droplets beeding off like it always had a protective layer.

I wash my vehicle a lot, and use a battery powered jet wash, the polar blast works great, and really foams up of the body work. Also very easy to jet washer off once you have given the foam a good going over with a big mitt. Autoglym product perfect as always.

It's not the very best one on the market but it's pretty effective and gives plenty of foam. Make sure you shake it. 2.5l is good value when on offer. Certainly makes a difference vs just pressure washing it with water, especially on softening bugs and heavy mud. When the car hasn't been dirty and I've been in a hurry, or I'm just getting salt off, I've just used this and the pressure washer and it's given reasonable results compared to a dirty car but I do spend a few hours every weekend cleaning mine. Even does a reasonable job on the wheels without scrubbing them. I use a very diluted spray of this on my soft top roof and it is gentle enough not to strip the waterproofing.

Amazing product that works perfectly with my foam cannon. I’ve already purchased it twice and will definitely be ordering again. It lasts a long time and keeps my X5’s PPF protected, scratch-free, and looking brand new. The container is also very durable and holds up well even under tough shipping conditions. Highly recommended and worth every penny.

I had to put my own pump on it. It’s a pain to pour into my cannon. They need a pump but the product is great

If you want to cover your car in a snow like substance, this is great. If you want to wash your car, this won't do much. While I want to believe it is able to remove dirt, I've used it several times and have rinsed it off only to see all the light dirt remain. Just use your regular car wash if you still want some sort of "pre-wash".

A bit expensive but works nice. Produces a dense foam and cleans well.

It’s a little pricey for soap, but I wanted to try something new. Does a good job as a foam cannon pre-wash dealing with much of the road accumulation, setting up for a proper mitt wash.
