I expect nothing less from Apple. As I know from experience how good Apple products are, because I still have my old 2014 MacBook Pro which still looks as good as new. However it is 10 years old which means its battery life is finally failing, as well as its speakers. Apple has made it painless to move all my paid products onto my new laptop, which has saved me the expense of buying new software. Apple silicon, is super fast and packed with 18Gb unified memory. Although it’s clear I don’t need 18Gb of unified memory, I’m not convinced in buying a new Mac with the same amount of memory as my 10 year old Mac, even if it is unified! It’s was a no brainier to spend an additional £360 for 10Gb more, even if only to future proof my Mac. I purchased the space grey option (Which looks gorgeous) and spread the cost over 5 months, interest free which has become an affordable solution to buying expensive products, (Well done Amazon). What I’m really impressed with is the battery performance. It lasts for days or even weeks with light usage. Compare that with my 4 year old HP top of the range OLED laptop that can only achieve 2hrs of battery life, even when it was new! It even leaks battery life when it’s been shut down, unlike the Apple MacBook. I think it’s highly probable that this laptop could last 20 years or more. I am biased towards Apple laptops, but I honestly believe that this is a great purchase, and I fully recommend this.

I’ve upgraded from Intel MacBook Pro 2017 model. First thing that shocked me is how much more stable is the new OS on Apple Silicone, difference is huge. However it’s not all too great, there ARE bugs and many appliacations still have issues while running on M1,2,3 chips. Please do your research first. What was a pleasant surprise for me was GAMING. I was surprised it can run AAA games, I’ve been playing smaller game recently Besiege. It works great on the highest settings. Photoshop performance is greatly improved comparing to my Intel model, auto select is instant. Safari is super fast, however please note it happened that it crashes sometimes. I’m a software developer so must have for me was Xcode, it compiles code blazing fast. What a pleasant surprise I had when I run Unity Editor, this Mac can handle 3D game development! I wouldn’t recommend for big AAA games, but 3D mobile games or smaller PC ones - no problem. Xcode simulator is not lagging while running my resource dependant game with many sprites. And if course.. ports. Finally we have all required ports on the laptop back again.. HDMI, 3 usb C, card reader, MagSafe charger. What was another pleasant surprise was SCREEN and SOUND. I prefer to watch movies in bed, instead of my 65 inch TV. Picture has a OLED like contract, however it is NOT OLED. Apple software creates magic with zone backlight. HDR content looks great. RESOLUTION is very high, I recommend changing display to “more space” mode to give you more canvas to work with with this resolution. Back to SOUND, bass is great, Spatial Audio on Apple Music actually works great. Sound is deep and clear at the same time. Voice calls are great. One of the down sides is the camera, 1080p really.. Luckily you can use your iPhone seamlessly as a camera. It all happens automatically when iPhone is in the horizontal position. Overall I recommend this laptop, but have a look first if this is not an overkill for you if you just browse web and reply to emails, maybe air model will be the right one for you. Please don’t buy 8Gb model, this is a waist.. always go for 18Gb or more RAM. :) You can ask questions in the product and I will attempt to answer them.

I have been using this laptop for a while now and it’s honestly the best investment I have made in many years. For work and study, this Apple MacBook is fast and reliable, does not get overloaded easily and it’s absolutely perfect for students and those who do creative projects. I am an avid user of Apple tech and products, and this upgrade was definitely needed. It has a sturdy and durable weight, sound quality from the speakers are great and even years after first purchase it hasn’t sustained much wear and tear damage. Next time I upgrade I will definitely buy from Apple again for their tech.

First Apple Mac experience. As a 15 years of windows User ,it's quite hard for me to used to it. Packaging was good and delivery as well,So far going good... Edited my review and coming back after three months . It's really works for me. As a Digital marketer I use internet always system is pretty fast for me. I can't lie about BATTERY backup, which is outstanding. And no heating issues.

As a windows + android user for 15+ years, where I have built my own PC from the ground up there is no comparison to a MacBook Pro to any other laptop available in the market. I dislike Apple products with a passion, and having invested in Apple ecosystem to give it a fair shot - MacBook Pro M3 Pro + iPhone 15 + iPad 9 - everything apart from the Mac sucks balls. This computer works better than any other PC and laptop I've used and it is lighter, longer lasting, and a smoother experience. For context I use a Lenovo ThinkPad P1 G6 with Nvidia 5000 for work, which has greater raw power than this Mac but the Mac wins everyday cause I can use it through out the day at full power without being stuck to a plug point.

This is the third MacBook I’ve owned, and it’s currently my main work machine after my 2017 MacBook Pro died. I have a YouTube channel and create a lot of videos using this laptop. It handles them effortlessly and processes everything really fast. I’ve had no issues with it so far. At 14 inches, it’s easy to carry around—you can just slip it into your bag and take it with you wherever you go, whether you’re commuting or traveling abroad. The battery life is great, too. When I’m working in a cafe or on the go and only need to do basic tasks, I don’t even need to bring my charger. If you’re a Mac user, you’ll absolutely love this laptop.

I was hesitant to part from my money for this, as I’ve never owned a Mac before. I took the plunge after seeing all the marketing around the battery life. As a bit of a power user (doing some dev/docker/sysadmin) it made sense to get the Pro model over the Air. I’ve now had the machine a month and I’m blown away by the battery life. It genuinely does last me all day (at least it does for now). It’s a fast little machine and it’s also very efficient - my old Lenovo laptop would get boiling hot, I’ve not even felt this one get warm, even under intense load. The sound quality is excellent too. Highly recommend it so far!
