I have zero experience with an indoor grill. Bought two inexpensive steaks from Target, grilled low and slow, with the result of a very tasty steak that was easy to cut and chew. The steak cooked thoroughly without charring but with a bit of a sear (you can sear it more if you turn up the heat at the end). I think they tasted better than grilling outdoors for some reason. It's simple to set this up, put water in the water pan, plug it in, and pop the steaks on the grill. Let the grill heat up first as instructed. Being able to grill steak, hamburger, chicken, sausage means I can cut down on buying out, so in the long term this is a money saver as well as an excellent grill. I see no negative issues with it other than, as an inexperienced grill-ist, I would have loved to have some recipe ideas along with the instructions. It was ABSOLUTELY smokeless while still catching the scent of grilled steak. Clean up was relatively easy; I let the grill soak in water for just a minute, then used a Scrub Mommy, and there was not a brown spot remaining.

It's excellent. They make it work because there is a drip pan below the grill and when grease/oil falls into it it stops any smoking. And it operates at a lower temperature than a gas grill, but still works. It is a lot easier to clean than any of the George Forman grills that I bought (4 over time).

This grill is a requested Christmas gift for my youngest daughter. I was wary when she had to put water in the bottom tray, it being an electric grill, and thus 4 stars from me. The food she grilled on it was good. My daughter enjoys it, and therefore she has to clean it after use. Parts that the food sits on cleaned up easily. What to do with drippings in water was a problem as we don't pour drippings down our drainage pipes.

This is a great indoor grill - the feature that stood out to me the most was the flat surface at the top as well as how easy to clean it was with the nonstick coating. No more grease stains or black char as it all washes with a little bit of dish soap and scrubbing. It's great for skewers with the flat top and is quite big in size. It comes in 3 parts and is easy to assemble, and the heat distribution is quite good for what it is. Not perfect but for indoors - it's essentially all you need.

It’s very difficult to express just how impressed I am with this little grill. I was skeptical before I placed the order, but I’ve had it for almost a year now and it has been absolutely phenomenal. I don’t know how it makes food have such a charcoal grilled flavor when there are no brickets, no flame and only water added to the tray. Somehow or another it does a wonderful job. Honestly, and I do mean honestly, food taste better on this little grill that it does on our huge outdoor Weber- natural gas grill that we have on our deck. I know, I wouldn’t believe it either, but honestly, it’s the truth. This little grill is phenomenal, it cleans up really easy. It produces no smoke but yet gives a wonderful smoky flavor. It produces wonderful sear mark lines. We have cooked kebabs, burgers, chicken, wings, chicken breast, salmon, all turned out wonderful, absolutely phenomenal. The grate that you set the food on is truly stick free. The food does not adhere to the grate making it difficult to remove. This is really a phenomenal product. Truthfully, the people at Weber should really be concerned! Highly recommend.

The experience of the first use: • Pro - virtually no smoke is coming out off the grill during the grilling • Cons a) It took about one hour to grill 4 ribs, even at max heating and even, I covered the grill with meat on it with a piece of aluminum foil, so the heat doesn't escape during the cooking. The gril should have a metal lid with a small tempered glass window. b) The plastic body of the grill, where the griddle was in contact with the plastic, melted. The body should have been made out of metal.

this item was purchased for my wife to replace an older "well used grill" that needed to be replaced this is the same size and is easy to operate and clean easy after use. storage takes up little space easy for next use .it's functions are perfect as it is smokeless when water is put in the drip tray prior to cooking and heat and cooks as needed looks great

Easy to use. There is no smoke and very little spatter. I did a steak and some vegetables on it. Did everything at same time, lots of room. Nothing sticks to it. Didn’t even put in dishwasher, used a little dish detergent and ran hot water over it. Clean in under a minute.

Totalmente recomendable. Cuando la compre no le tenia mucha Fe por los comentarios que leí sobre que no cocinaba bien, pero creo que es porque no consideran que tiene diferentes zonas de calor. El único tema es que la siento un poco pequeña. Esta bien como para una o dos personas pero sin son más tendrían que ver si hay un modelo más grande o considerar comprar dos. Les dejo unas fotos para que vean como cocina y se den una buena idea del tamaño real.

Me encanto!! La uso en nivel medio para una cocción sin que se dore o reseque mucho mi carne, queda jugosa y deliciosa. Si ahúma la casa, pero nada que ver con la que usaba antes; con un poco de ventilación se va el olor pronto.

Si funciona ! Esa es la mejor parte, pero no es rápido, está baja la temperatura aun cuando la ponga en high ... pero ayuda mucho a no ahogarse de humo
