Do these glass refills come with the travel case? If not, where can I get the protective travel case?

It's been awhile since I bought this product but I believe the refills came in a compact cardboard container. I don't know where you might purchase a travel case; perhaps an inexpensive, compact leather or faux leather case would suffice. Apropos the product itself, I was not satisifed. Too sticky, difficult to wash off, stains the sheets, not worth the price. Water based gels are better, IMO.
