Good power supply for 4S 18650 battery packs

I built a 4S2P 18650 battery pack to power a small portable pump for doing aquarium water changes. I had previously been recharging from my benchtop power supply but wanted to house everything together more neatly. This power supply worked great for charging the pack from wall AC directly and was the correct voltage to ensure that I don't overcharge in case my sketchy BMS fails to do its job.
