It's good to have on hand,

I usually use these when going to higher altitude areas and love them for that. I bought them this time to use them for a little energy boost or mental clarity as I suffer from biotoxin illness from mold and wants to see if it would help to have a little oxygen boost. They do seem to help but not as much as I had hoped. My son uses them for soccer practice and games to help him train a little harder.
