Hi. I can't promise perfect results all the time but I really like this product. I'm on my 3rd or 4th jar. I do have figity legs and also feet that tend to get crampy. I rub the cream on just before I crawl into bed and read for maybe an hour. Sometimes I need to rub some more cream on my legs or feet but it usually helps the first time.
