I love this wrap. It stays cold for a very long time, and the compression is just right — snug enough to support and reduce swelling, but not so tight that it’s uncomfortable. I also like that I can walk around while wearing it, which makes it much more convenient than a traditional ice pack that requires lying down. It’s been great for recovery and managing soreness. The wrap feels secure and supportive, and I appreciate that it isn’t bulky or overly restrictive. The mobility benefit really sets this apart from standard cold packs. After only a few days, the threads are fraying. At first I liked it but clearly this is a low quality product. At that price it should be much sturdier.

Fit was good, not good to put on if you have arthritis in hands (just an fyi for some). It pulls on and is snug. Could stay a wee bit colder longer but worked for my needs as I do about 20 mins.

As a person with multiple inflammatory illnesses, there are days that I have. The migraine cap on, both wrists, both ankles. You get the picture. Easy to use and for me cold therapy works best. Value = excellent Ease = wonderful

This fits perfectly and provides both compression and cold relief. I wish the cold would last longer, but it's good enough. It stays in place, is flexible, and has a snug fit. It covers almost my whole foot.
