Replaced a K&N that flowed great but was letting lots of DIRT& DUST IN !!!!!! Not Good for engine! Had DUST buildup on intake tube, I changed to FRAM TOUGHGARD and NO MORE DUST BUILDUP.Gas milage still 21 MPG on HWY with over 400.000 miles!! Great Filters with better protection from Dirt and Dust !! Will stay away from K&N or any cotton gauze filters,great for raceing or boating when dirt and dust is not a concern. FRAM TOUGHGARD will keep dust and dirt out and the MPG up! You can't go wrong with FRAM. Will buy FRAM TOUGHGARD again!
