Good product but very sweet
These are a good source of ceylon cinnamon, which I use to keep my blood sugar under control. However, just like all the other ones I have tried lately, they are way too sweet for my taste. I used to buy some with a better taste, but apparently they are no longer available. As much as I hate going back to capsules, I'll probably do so when these are gone.
