Sony PlayStation 4 1TB Console - Black (Renewed)

This is my second PS4 I had to sell the other one because I needed cash at the time so I'm pleased to get this one appears to be operating perfectly my big problem was trying to remember my login detail from several years ago but right now it's working up to spec very happy I forgot it takes so long for big games to download though.. Hopefully it'll keep me occupied during the long winter months ahead! Pleased. Operating absolutely perfectly very pleased.

My ps4 is not working that i got today why sell me a ps4 that doesn't work not happy at all and can someone puck it up so i get a refund as it not my fault its not working and i dont know how to send it back as i have learn in difficulti

Great working machine. Packaging left a lot to be desired as I ordered in original packaging, got a plain brown box and HDMI loose with the PS4 oh well. Price was ok.

I had some apprehension buying a 2nd hand console. No need. It was perfect straight out of the box. New leads supplied. Controller was fully charged. We were happily playing all night just a few moments after opening the box. Very pleased with this purchase.

Faultless. Nice and clean, everything works. Plug in and off we go. Everything as advertised. Great communication and service. One very happy customer 😀.

My son was so disappointed

I was expecting it not to be perfect but hoping it was at least functional. Unfortunately the console was completely piled with dust which caused overheating problems as soon as I opened a game and it turned off as soon as it got to the games menu. The controller was so dirty, covered in some sticky stuff and dust. The controller battery was broken, the controller was meant to be wireless, and only worked when it was plugged in, the touchpad didn't work and the right stick began to drift immediately. At least I got to listen to the classic PS4 menu soundtrack.
