Originally I used an Amazon echo show 21. Mostly for a photo frame for my photos. The echo show 21 was terrible for photo frame, high reflections of room lighting, must use Amazon photo service to send photos to frame, and the endless ads interfering with photos being displayed. So many downfalls. Then I realized that I just needed a large sized digital photo frame 21 inch, and I found the UHALE 21 inch digital frame for much less than the echo show 21 inch and the UHALE frame does everything I needed. This large 21 inch frame is amazing. Absolutely no reflections of room lighting. Setup was easy. The only issue was understanding how to link my iPhone to the frame, which is optional, but a little tricky. The frame has 64GB internal memory and photos are uploaded to the frames internal memory via USB flash drive, SD memory card, or via your smart phone (and uploading photos from a tablet also works). By linking your smart phone you can send photos directly from your phone to the frame (or tablet). That works beautifully. You have so many nice settings to work with. Rotation speed of photos, playing video files and YES the frame has speakers for sound. Settings to auto crop that fill the screen with the photo, or not. Just soooo many great options to mention. But if it’s adjustable, then there is an adjustment for it in settings. Comes with a remote control. Can access the frame settings in the UHALE phone app, or by using the remote directly with the frame. Also, you can install the UHALE APP on a tablet and send photos from the tablet. Sharp, bright, clear screen. Wall mount bracket is included and a table top stand is also included. Fairly light weight, much lighter weight than an echo show 21 for sure. Remote control, power cord, 64 gb of internal memory storage. If you’re wanting to display digital photos, this is the best solution. Forget about an echo show 21 as a photo frame. The UHALE frame is Amazing. I love it, it works great. PS. As far as I can tell, the photos and video must be uploaded directly to the frames internal memory. The frame does not display photos directly from an external USB drive or external SD card. So all photos and video to be displayed must first be uploaded into the frames internal memory via USB flash drive or SD memory card, or smart phone or tablet. You can delete gallery photos from the frames internal memory via frame settings using the remote. Delete old, upload new.

Great unit at a good price point. We’ve had it for several months now and have about 2300 images stored that we set to play at random. This will still hold thousands more. No where near full. Color rendition is good, and plays short video clips as well. There is a little learning curve to use all it’s features, but it’s very easy to set up and get started with. Easy to email images to the unit from anywhere in the world.

Bought this as a present for a friend and I went ahead and got one for myself. Picture quality is great and very simple to upload pictures to it. I dislike the app asking to pay for extra features that I think should be free of charge. Like uploading more than 10 photos at a time.

I got this recently and my whole family has been loving it! I'm glad I went for this larger size as it makes the photos easy to view from across the room. I basically plugged it into my computer and dropped 10k photos on it from the last 10 years. (This did take some doing because you have to put it all in one folder and a lot of my files had duplicate names, so I had to figure out a way to rename tons of photos automatically, but was able to sort it out.) There is a way to randomize the photos, I had to email them to figure out how as it wasn't obvious how to set it up, but the supplier was very responsive and helped me out! The photos look great and you can select the brightness of the screen and there's lots of setup options. This is such an amazing way to be able to enjoy all the photos you take! I wasn't really interested in the ability to send photos, so I haven't used this feature.

The frame has functioned as advertised. The setup was easy and the display is excellent. I have brought three as gifts and the recipients have all expressed delight in their digital frame. I paint pictures and intend of hanging them I display them on the frame. I did not give a five because I have not used all the functions, such as having someone send me a photo remotely.

I love this picture frame. The screen is big enough to see from across the room. Its a great present too. I enjoy watching the pictures change. It was easy to connect to my phone to upload pictures. The picture frame fits in with my decor.

I got one of these for Christmas and now have gifted it for Christmas to two family members. It is so cute to have up when people are visiting, and I like that I can constantly choose and change the pictures out that it shows. It’s perfect for showing ALL the pictures you have without having to actually frame them all in your house. The app is pretty easy to use and it was easy to set up.

** Update I made this review too early. I bought this frame as a Mother's Day gift for my mother who is in a nursing home. I brought the frame home to see if I could find what the problem is, and it is NOT the frame. The frame works beautifully in my home. The problem appears to be with the nursing home WIFI. My sincere apologies! Original post: The frame worked beautifully when I set it up and loaded pictures. It worked about three days and now won't stay connected to wifi despite saying it's connected. I can't send pictures because it says it's offline. Expensive and not worth a darn.

the uhale app is not listed in the app store in canada. Main feature of family sending pics to it becomes not possible n

Well built does not look cheap. Easy to use and looks beautiful.

Bought as a gift and help set this up. Great quality. App is available in Canada (Ontario) you can have multiple people download the app and upload pictures to the same frame. Comes with a mount you can rest it on, also comes with screws so you can mount on wall I assume.
