Great product at a great price.

Best flour
This is hands down the ONLY flour I use for my bread. I love the price, quality, and the texture. My bread comes out perfect everytime.

Good quality and texture
This flour made the best bagels! It is finely ground and feels almost silky when scooping and turning. (I did use 1/2c of hi-gluten flour for chewyness). Keep up the quality Amazon and I’ll be a loyal buyer!

Great Price for Great Quality
Love love love this flour! Hoping they bring it back. Can't beat the price for the quality. I've made plenty a sourdough breads that have risen beautifully with this flour. It contains the same ingredients as most other bread flours I've seen, but I love that it has the malted barley too.

Very good bread flour!
This is a great bread flour. I average using about 10 to 12 lbs of flour each week for my sourdough and other baked goods. I appreciate the softness of this flour and the unbleached process helps keep some of the nutrients within the flour. You'll notice that it is an off white color which is normal.
