So far, itโs great!
We purchased this item about 2 days ago. Shipping was quick and everything was in tack. We purchase the 36โ to give our backyard pool a little ambiance. The instructions are not helpful so my husband went for what he knew and also watched a YouTube video. He is definitely a โ do it yourself- erโ. We used a propane tank for gas source. He built a 36โ box and inserted the fire pit insert. Our backyard and pool area is still a work in progress. So far, we love the results.

Everything you need at a great price
Graat product for the price. comes with everything you need to make fire. Flame gas easily be controlled by a chrome gas key. Only complaint is the directions are pretty blahh and could have some clarity. I do wish it came with another flat mounting plate for flush mount controls. I struggled to find a place to mount my controls on my custom made fire pit.

Very good price, but some minor imperfections
It was packed super well. No issues with that. The edges of the metal were not perfectly flat - they had a little undulation along the edge. I fixed that with a body hammer and am very happy with the burner. Be careful - one of the corners was quite sharp and I cut my arm. A little file work around the edges should take care of that.
