I was very impressed how helpful this is. I'm on my feet alot and this belt really helps relieve the pain I was getting in my groin. Highly recommend this belt

While the directions were a bit vague (pictures and no wording), I figured out how to wear it. It Velcros around the hips and the extra Velcro strip goes front to back. Can be used for hernia on either side or both with small detachable cushion that could be put in pouch on either side or both.

The pads that go into the pockets have a tendency to work their way out over a few hours of wearing the belt. I wish the pockets they went in were deeper or had some form of closing mechanism. The belt itself works great. I'm going to wear it even after surgery for at least a month to help me heal.

Although the belt adjusts well around the waist, the two vertical straps do not adjust enough to apply sufficient pressure, significantly limiting the effectiveness of the belt. The velcro on those straps is also difficult to fit/position well on the rear of the belt, too easily extending beyond the belt and scratching the skin/clothes. Finally, the extra-firm foam inserts are not adjustable in any way; they are either inserted or they are not. This may work well for some users, but it'll vary widely.

Not much to say about this. It provides the right amount of compression. The size is adjustable so you can tighten or loosen it as needed for comfort. Other plus is that it has a good-sized opening in front so it doesn't squish important things.

I figured that this was worth a try. Surgery will probably be in the future, but for now, this seems to help. The quality seems to be satisfactory / well made. I'm cautiously optimistic. So far, so good.
