Good for Remote Work
I use this headset for working remotely. This is my 2nd pair. The first one, a Gen 1, had the connection to the head band broke after many years of productive use. I took good care of it but I guess it requires more tlc. Anyway, I liked it so much that I replaced it with this gen2. The first one, I alternate between bluetooth and hard-wired. This second one, a Gen2, did not come with a hard-wire but the one for the Gen 1 works. I alternate between bluetooth and the dongle. Sometimes the dongle gets unpaired but it's not hard to re-pair it or I just go with the bluetooth and it never fails. It works a great distance from my laptop. People in my meetings say I sound crystal clear even when I am waaaay in my kitchen or bathroom. This is where the convenience of the built-in mute button comes into play. No more embarrassing "you're not on mute" comments. And I can hear the remote end very clearly. I use this for all day meetings and my head or ears never hurt.

JLab Go upgraded to JLab Go 2
I had purchased the JLab Go Work Gen 1, and I loved and overall, it was a good headset. After I dropped my mic and it broke, I wanted to get a replacement. I like the USB-C cable for charging and for connecting directly to the PC. Audio is clear, the dongle is a little wide, but I am using a USB-C to A adapter, so it doesn't get in the way. I like the option to use Bluetooth, with a dongle (gen 1 did not have) and a wired connection. The USB-C cable is about a foot longer than the JLab Go gen 1 (4 ft usb-c to 3.5mm). Have not compared battery life yet.

Keeps disconnecting
Terrible I fear. They keep disconnecting and unmuting. Tried two different headphones finally had to give them up. I wanted to like them so bad they give headaches as well as constantly unpair💀. I liked that it had a mute indicator light but quickly found out it was unreliable sadly. I wish i had the pairs others are speaking fondly of but both of the two i was sent were faulty. The hunt continues.

Great Work Headset with Long Battery & Solid Features
The JLab Go Work Gen 2 Wireless Headset is a solid choice for work and everyday use. The comfort level is great, even for long calls, and the 55+ hour battery life means I rarely worry about charging. I like the multipoint connectivity — switching between my laptop and phone is seamless — and the option to use either Bluetooth or the USB dongle adds flexibility. The boom mic works well for meetings, and the mute indicator is a helpful touch. That said, the sound quality for music is just okay — perfectly fine for calls and casual listening, but not audiophile-level. Noise isolation isn’t the strongest either, so outside sounds can creep in, and others may hear a bit of what you’re listening to if the volume is high. Overall, it’s a dependable, comfortable, and versatile headset for work and multitasking, with only minor trade-offs on audio performance.

Wireless Headsets with Microphone
These headsets work okay overall, but they’re not exactly what I was hoping for. The audio is decent and they do the job for basic calls and meetings, but I was really disappointed they didn’t come in white to match my work-from-home desk setup. Another issue is the microphone length. For me, the mic doesn’t extend far enough, so I have to position it just right for my voice to come through clearly. I wish there were more single-ear options with a longer mic boom because that would make a huge difference in comfort and call quality. They’re functional and usable, just not ideal for my setup or preferences.

Works well
This headset is very comfortable. It was easy to set up. I like the versatility, it can be wired, blue tooth or use the usb dongle. One thing I don't like, is that I don't hear my own voice in the mic. The instructions say to press the power on/off button 3x when on a call, but when I did that nothing happened.

Not chew proof, but great value when you have to replace 🤦♂️
I have used about 15 different headsets. These have good audio fidelity like the ones that are a couple hundred dollars. I keep buying these. The reason I have to buy so many and I’m concerned about price… my dog has a knack of finding them and chewing them up, and I have a habit of forgetting this and leaving them where he can get to them 🤣🤣😭😭😢😢 so yeah. Definite value for the money

Flaky Bluetooth, mic broke, so-so comfort
I've had this headset since December 2023 for meetings working from home. The sound quality is pretty good. Comfort is so-so, not as good as the 1st gen (my sister has the 1st gen of this headset). The mic piece broke off a few days ago. The mute button didn't work for a while. The Bluetooth connectivity to my work and personal laptops has been unreliable. I am now using my 6 year old Galaxy Buds for WFH which are better overall than this JLab headset- more reliable Bluetooth, decent comfort, good sound quality, not as clunky to wear. But my Galaxy Buds can connect to only one device at a time.

Clear sound with no lag. Mute button does not work for Zoom so you need to unmute in app too, but works fine in Teams. Battery is good for a full workdays usage on a single charge.

These wireless headsets are just what I was looking for. They do the job similar to Jabra, except that Jabra also has a dedicated answer button. They are way more comfortable than Jabra, even after a full day of service. I highly recommend these headsets.
