⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) Worst purchase ever. I ordered two Orient Electric 1200mm Zeno BLDC ceiling fans from Amazon. One fan works fine, but the second arrived damaged with bubbling on the body and makes a loud, annoying noise while running. It clearly failed quality inspection. I tried to return or replace the defective fan within the return period, but Amazon did not provide a valid return option. Instead, they pushed me to the Orient service centre. Even after multiple complaints and follow-ups, the problem is still not resolved. This is completely unacceptable. Amazon failed to stand behind a defective product, and Orient’s after-sales service has been slow and ineffective. Customers should not have to waste their time chasing support for a brand-new item that arrived faulty. I strongly advise others to avoid buying this fan. Poor product quality, poor customer service, and a frustrating experience from start to finish.

Overall this fan is good. I already using this modal since 4 years, it was purchased from Flipkart. Now I purchased one more from Amazon. Price of Amazon is reasonable than Flipkart. Overall this fan is better than Atomburg. Its 5 rated fan; so it is consuming my power bill less.

Writing this review after 20 days of usage the design and speed of the fan is awesome. But not it has completely stopped working also had a strange noise coming from the motor and I called the engineer from Orient and he told PCB replacement may be needed. I don't know why these BLDC fans are not reliable,so please reconsider before any purchase
