If you struggle with neck or shoulder pain, this is a must-have. My chiropractor recommended something like this, and I’m so glad I chose this one. It stays cold for a long time, provides excellent pain relief, and is super convenient to use—even while moving around (I’ve worn it while cooking). One of my favorite features is the included freezer bag, which keeps it from picking up odors and helps it maintain its shape. The only improvement I’d suggest is making the snap closure adjustable to better fit different body sizes.

The neck wrap was too small to work for what we wanted to use it. It does get cold but covers to small of an area.

These ice packs are so good. I left it on for the allotted time. Once I was ready to remove the ice pack, I noticed that it was stuck to my skin. I tried to pull the ice pack off and, it was that moment that I realized that it was actually frozen to my skin. I waited a few minutes for it to thaw out and I was able to remove it. The pain was gone but, now there was a bigger issue. The skin that the ice pack was resting on was frozen. Frozen solid, and hard as a rock. At this point, I was a little worried but, also relieved that I wasn’t in pain anymore. I decided to take a quick shower to warm up the area. When I got out, my skin was still frozen solid. Obviously, there was nothing else I could do aside from letting the area warm up naturally so I just put a blanket on. I kid you not, the next day I woke up and I had a really dark spot on the area where the ice pack was at. I started getting worried because I could feel the area but it felt like pins and needles. Days go by and the dark spot was still there, I went to the urgent care just to make sure I didn’t suffer from nerve damage. They ran tests and even gave me an ultra sound to check on my nerves. After all, the doctor determined that I had frostbite. He had never seen frostbite before because we live in Texas. Everyone at the urgent care was shocked and amazed. They could not believe that the dark spot was caused by an ice pack from Amazon. At the end of it all, the ice pack did work and I don’t have anymore pain but, I do have a $4,000 urgent care bill. 😂
