Which size should I choose, the 500ml or the 1000ml container?

It depends on your pizza style! The 500ml container is perfect for individual 180g-250g dough balls (ideal for 10-12" pizzas). The 1000ml container is better for larger 250g-350g dough balls or when you need extra room for high-hydration doughs.

Will these silicone containers collapse or bend when I pick them up?

Not at all. Our containers feature a unique embedded metal frame around the top rim. This gives the box a rigid, sturdy structure, making it perfectly safe and easy to carry from the counter to the fridge, even when you have several of them stacked.

Does the lid provide a true airtight seal for long cold fermentation?

Yes. Because the steel rim holds the containers shape perfectly rigid, the custom lid snaps on to create an airtight seal. This locks in the moisture and ensures your dough will never develop a hard, dry skin during a cold ferment in the fridge.

How do I clean them? Are they dishwasher safe?

Cleaning is a breeze! All KEVJES containers are 100% dishwasher safe. Thanks to the naturally non-stick surface of our premium silicone, even sticky high-hydration dough residue rinses off easily with warm soapy water.
