The installation is pretty straightforward. Remove the wheel. Knockout the bushings out of the rim. You reuse the axle bolt and spacer. The center bearing diameter was slightly smaller than the worn spacer. I used my Dremel tool and sandpaper to reduce the outside diameter of the spacer until it just fit in the new bearing. install one new bearing in the rim. Using a 1 1/8 socket to protect the center of the bearing, pound it in flush. Flip the rim over, insert the spacer into the installed bearing from the opposite side, then position the other bearing over the bushing and drive it in flush. Reinstall the wheel assy, and it's done.The spacer had some wear on both ends, so it didn't take much sanding/grinding to get it to match the diameter of the bearing.
