I bought these earbuds, but I wasn’t happy with them because whenever I talked, no one could hear me clearly. The sound quality was okay, but they weren’t practical for calls. After a short period, one of the earbuds stopped working, and I couldn’t hear anything from it. The product came with a 1-year warranty, and I even purchased an additional year of warranty. When I contacted customer service, they refused to repair or replace them. I’m very disappointed with the service and product quality. I do not recommend anyone to buy these earbuds.

Incredible for the price point. They sound great out of the box and have good sound profiles in the app. The ANC is also very good for the price range. The battery life is also very good and lasts me all day.
