Great way to get some extra steps in. I love how simple and effective this stepper is for the price. Working graveyards in healthcare I wanted to get extra steps in as the steps I was doing day shift was probably at least 5x more and my body was feeling the difference. The resistance is nice once you turn the dial up, feels like walking in quick sand to me. I actually bought one of these a few months back for work because it was so small it could be tucked away on a shelf there. Now I have one at home as well to step on while I'm watching TV. Great product, price, delivery, loved that it was no assembly too.

I’ve been using this mini stair stepper every day since the beginning of May (it’s not the end of June) for 25 minutes a day doing about 800-1200 steps and for the first time in my life I can see little muscle lines in my legs! And I lost 10 lbs (I’m also on a calorie deficit so it’s not completely due to this, but it’s helped.) It’s the only exercise I do and I’m 3 months postpartum. We even took it camping with us, super easy to use, portable, pretty sturdy (if I stand too far to the back it’ll tilt a little bit) but you can work your arms, core, glutes, and quads on this thing! I honestly can’t recommend it enough. And it literally takes up the same space as a vacuum. Worth the money.

I bought this to start working out and it really did help me get motivation all you have to do is sit it in front of the tv or scroll on your phone and your literally working out I like watching my show while doing it and I put the setting up higher I don’t like how easy the screw part comes out and it feels a little cheap but the under part gets hot if you use it for a long time so don’t touch it will burn you besides that it works well

I was using this pretty much everyday for 2 months for up to an hour each time. I did use this much more than what was recommended in the manual. And I didn't realize this at the time, but the metal cable was EXTREMELY hot after each use. So hot that the cable showed burn signs and eventually snapped there. If you follow the manual, you'll probably be fine, but if you want an intense cardio workout using this thing, I don't think the materials will hold up.

It stands out, easy to use

I really like the stepper, it is just light enough to carry from room to room and I can feel it in my thighs, but the digital counter does not work. Help!

Aparato compacto, silencioso y versátil para ejercitar piernas y brazos. Con 10 minutos es suficiente para notar la fatiga en las extremidades y experimentar un ejercicio relajante y al mismo tiempo efectivo. Lo recomiendo al 100 (en mi caso después de 25 minutos en la elíptica).

Ich bin hellauf begeistert! Es lässt sich super einfach einstellen und es spannen sich alle erwünschten Muskeln an. Ich werde meine Muskulatur so fit erhalten können wie sie sind.
