Bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother in a nursing home. I don't know if it works but they've got the entire staff talking about how haunted the kitchen is etc. Worth it no matter if they work or not.

The cat balls are fine. The recorder feels cheap and sounds cheap too. Which I was prepared for, seeing how this bundle was fairly cheap and I just wanted to mess with some friends while ghost hunting. The recorders size does make it very portable, I often just shoved it in my pocket. The functionality of both seems to work well enough. Though were skeptical about the recorder, since the audio is so bad, it's hard to actually hear if anything happened. We did get a ghost to light up a cat ball though. That was kinda freaky since it was on command.. but hey! This set works well enough, but if you do buy, you may have to upgrade the recorder!

I gave them one star because the recorder works as it should. As for the motion activated cat balls for ghost hunting they sent me flash cat balls that I could literally cup my hand and put over them and they did nothing. The only way they would activate was to actually move them. The order details said return or replace items before May 15 with it being April 15th I called to get the cat balls replaced the seller didn't actually offer that option. I am stuck with cat toys and don't even have a cat plus the added aggravation of having to spend more money buying the right item.

The cat balls quit working after a few days. Recorder won't delete anything.

Nice quality and easy to use with loud playback. Perfect for ghost hunts.

This is for my teenage son, who loves all the ghost hunting shows. The little light up balls are cool, but much smaller than they appear online, and only 2/4 worked properly. The recorder is fine. It works. It just looks cheaply made. I considered exchanging.

My daughter & her boyfriend took this to a cemetery, not realizing there was also a section for soldiers. They captured a bugle playing. They didn't know that's what it was until they played it for me.

I bought this for my brother in law and it was amazing . Well worth every penny .
