Good item!
A lot to say here...mostly good and debunking others negative feedback. For an XS bike I felt it looked much better with the side tubes cut down about 2" per side so it sat closer to the tire. This was super easy using a small hand held tubing cutter from any box store that sells home stuff. There was an engineer that went on about how they scrwed up and made a mold and now it's to late to fix. Kind sir, just take one mounting bracket side, doesnt matter which side and rotate the base 180 degrees then flip the tube 180 degrees and now you have both brackets symetrical. The only thing that I found as a flaw with the kit was the massive zip ties, omg they are huge. The larger the zip tie the less likely it is to cinch with maximum coverage, there will be large gaps...I used much smaller zip ties and it worked great, I was able to cinch them up much tighter. Solid item, worth a 5 star? Is anything worth 5 stars? I mean it is just a tad bit flimsy but it does look good and it does it's job well. It's built with really good materials and it's very easy to adjust it by either rotating the position of the brakets on the tubes, raising or lowering the side struts and all 4 nut and screw joints.

Works great and versatile applications
Bought it for my Catrike 700. Not its intended application but a little creative engineering and a couple of zip ties got it installed and it works great! I’ve bought and use a lot of ROCKBROS products; always good stuff that stands up to hard use.

Its a nice fender BUT !
U cant have both L & R mounting rods at the same angle. Its the stupidest thing. U must adjust the mounts to rectify this but so far (and I've tried for 2 months now) I can't get it adjusted right so as a result the fender is always skewed either letf or right. I just can't get the fender parallel to to the wheel. now how stupid is that. Why did they do that. The problem is in the parts themselves. I cant fo anything about it. All u have to do while the fender and mounting rods are in ur hand is use ur eyes 👀 to try to get the two rode parallel to eachother. Its a simple procedure but u cant do it because the groove the locks the rods in position are different . the left locking grooves is in a different angle from the right. WHY DID THEY DO THAT ? Being a design engineer for 40 year I understand how the error occured. When designing it the just copied the left to the right. They didn't bother to mirror it! And nobody caught the error so now that they machined the molds it would cost alot to make other new molds to correct the error so we are probably stuck with this error for ever. THAT IS POOR WORKMANSHIP. So letting u know what ur in for when u buys this.

Good Concept, Poor Execution
As a mountain biker who frequently rides in wet and muddy conditions, I was excited to try this bike fender to keep spray off my face and bike. While the concept is solid and it performs adequately when it works, the fender’s flimsy construction and lack of stability make it a frustrating addition to my setup. For the price, I expected better durability and functionality. Weak and Flimsy Construction The fender feels incredibly flimsy right out of the box. The material—likely a thin aluminum pole—lacks the rigidity needed for the rigors of mountain biking. Even on moderate trails with light bumps, the fender wobbles and flexes excessively, making it feel like it could snap at any moment. After just a few rides, I noticed stress marks forming near the mounting points, suggesting it won’t last long under regular use. For a product meant to handle mud, rocks, and rough terrain, this lack of durability is a major disappointment. Constant Movement and Alignment Issues One of the most aggravating issues is the fender’s inability to stay in place. No matter how carefully I adjusted it, I could never get it centered properly. The mounting system, which relies on basic screws and nuts, is too loose and allows the fender to shift side to side during rides. On rougher trails with roots or jumps, it moves so much that it becomes misaligned, rubbing against the tire or failing to cover the right area. I spent more time fiddling with it than actually enjoying its benefits, which defeats the purpose of a quick-install fender. Does the Job (When It Works) To its credit, when the fender is momentarily aligned and not wobbling, it does the job of keeping mud and water off my face and fork. It’s effective at blocking spray on wet trails, and the design covers enough of the tire to protect both me and the bike’s components. The idea behind it—a lightweight, easy-to-install fender—is a good one, and it could be great with better execution. Not Durable or Strong Enough The core issue is that the fender’s lack of strength and durability undermines its functionality. It’s not built to withstand the vibrations and impacts of mountain biking, even on moderate trails. I’ve used other fenders (like those from Mudhugger or SKS) that stay firmly in place and handle abuse without issue, but this one feels like a budget knockoff in comparison. The flimsy material and weak mounting system make it unreliable for anything beyond casual, smooth rides. Overall Experience This MTB fender has a good idea at its core—keeping mud and water at bay—but its weak, flimsy construction and constant movement make it more trouble than it’s worth. The inability to keep it centered and its lack of durability under normal trail conditions are dealbreakers for serious riders. While it can work temporarily to block spray, the hassle of constant adjustments and fear of it breaking outweigh the benefits. I’d recommend investing in a more robust fender from a reputable brand for better stability and longevity. This one just doesn’t cut it for real mountain biking.
