Large freezer,works well
It's a large freezer, works very well. Some trouble connecting it to the internet via smart things but you don't really need it . Functions on the front panel are clear and easy. Quiet, no frost, a bit expensive but the value is in the build

good looking machine with large freezer space
Our old Samsung( Same brand) packed up and we think that it was a software failure and not a mechanical failure as it was corrected by an engineer (after we had bought the replacement). The information booklet did not give any info about how to correct software problems. It would have saved us lot of money if they had. No other criticisms.

Great freezer
I love this freezer, great capacity, no noise, shelves and drawers make it very easy to categorise stuff and find it easily. I have however given it four stars because it does not show the freezer temperature on the door, which would have been more convenient. Besides that, well done Samsung

Abyssmal after sales service from Samsung
Bought this product in August 24, really looked good, liked the new facilities and all was well until November. We went away for the weekend to close our caravan down for the winter and I took out ice blocks to bring frozen bits back. Freezer was working well. - it's a freezer so it was doing what freezers do ie freeze. We returned 2 days later and it wasn't doing what freezers do - it had managed to defrost everything and instead of - 20* it was +5*. All the lights were on, had had no power cuts. Everything was soft. We switched off and on again at the mains still no freezing but left it on. Three days later an almighty rattling and vibration and we were back doing what it should do freezing.So not very happy about the situation, in the mean time had contacted Amazon and I thought had booked a repair call out by Samsung. Apparently not- The Samsung repairs can only be booked on line and good luck to you if you can manage that. The phone line Amazon gave me only gets to refer you to Samsung web page which takes you round and round in circles. Finally found a chat line but apparently since it's working again if I want an engineer it will be at my cost. When the freezer worked it was excellent, loads of space and good shelving, but I now have a case number from Samsung and if it goes wrong again they'll know all about me, very reassuring I'm sure. As I said in the title - Abyssmal after care service, Sufficient to say I would never ever buy another Samsung product again.
