Its syper easy to use, both pressure cooker and sous vide are great. I can make a nice beef stew in 25 minutes. And cook steaks abd chicken joints ready for finishing on the bbq. The keep warm fu tion is great for stews and casseroles. I have made a really nice thai green chickem curry ( Remember to add the coconut after pressure cooking). All round a great buy for me

Although the body of the pot arrived with many dents because I bought it from Amazon's warehouse sale, the Nutricook pot is fantastic and cooks very quickly. I hope it remains durable. I am happy to buy another 8-litre Nutricook from Amazon, but it's not available at the moment, to the best of my knowledge.

I love this product! It's easy to use, and there is barely any noise when the pressure cooking setting is on. It looks like the picture, and the box and the Instapot arrived in pristine condition.
