Very thick and looks like Vaseline with no fragrance
It appears to moisturise my baby skin well and I will come back to update if his skin becomes smooth.

Absolutely great
I have tried other creams for my baby boy's very dry and delicate scalp skin, the creams helped but the skin was still quite dry and with lots of little scabs.. I decided to try this ointment, I have used other products from this brand during pregnancy and found them excellent. I have been putting this ointment on my baby boy's head for 6 days now and his skin is beautiful, it is perfectly hydrated and the little scabs he had have completely gone away, I am super happy! It is really a great product, I highly recommend it.

This is petroleum jelly, that’s it! Using the product aggravated my baby’s nappy rash. Please avoid!
