Battered packaging

Just arrived & am glad I ordered early for Mothers Day. Packaging: damaged, open and seal broken. Am pretty sure that the chocolate tray inside the faulty box would usually have a film but not this one! Sorely disappointed, stay clear of this supplier.

I got these for a gift but they looked very old and the use by date was less than 18 weeks The chocolates felt like they had been left around for ages. Not happy
