Arlo Video Doorbell 2K (2nd Gen) Wireless or Wired - 1-Cam

I am so glad I purchased this camera. It works very well for my apartment and I get clear sound and video. I do wish I was able to wire the doorbell versus having to charge it, but I do like the fact that it is rechargeable and the battery life is pretty good. The mounting was easy. I also purchased a antitheft mount for the doorbell and it fit perfectly. I really like the captions and the description that the doorbell provides when someone walks by it is honestly making me consider purchasing the premium plan just to keep the features. The connectivity was easy to my Wi-Fi and the security is really good. I like the night vision because I’m able to see clearly who or what walks by. This is a great security investment. I am upset that I paid the $64 when it literally went to $49 a day after I purchase, but overall I am still pleased with the product.

I am so glad that I came across this video doorbell. I mean, first, the price was beyond unbeatable but what really stood to business was the quality of the video and the fact that there was no delay whatsoever. The sound it’s great and the setup was extremely easy. The motion detection works to perfection. I put it to the test a few times, because I own 2 other different video surveillance cameras and neither one of my prior to Arlo’s camera, beats the quality of this one. I mean the audio is as clear as a face to face conversation type of sound and that’s so important to me when it comes to video cameras, because the truth of the matter is, that if someone comes ringing your doorbell and you don’t know who they are, you want your camera to do what it’s supposed to do, in case someone tries to either break in or even door to door scammers. We are a family of 8, 3 adults, 3 children and 2 fur babies, a cat and a dog and I like to feel secure, specially when I’m not home and my kids are home with their oldest sibling, which even though she’s 22, I still feel like she’s also very young and it’s great to be able to feel safe when I’m away. The app it’s super easy to navigate and the connection from our internet to the camera has been great. The view it’s extremely clear and wide. I am excited to now own this video doorbell security device.

I bought this smart doorbell to increase the security of my house entrance. 2K HDR video quality is excellent with a clear image and sharp details both day and night. I also like the wide field of view which allows you to see from people to packages left in front of the door. The installation was simple and the two-way audio function works very well to communicate with visitors or delivery people when I am not at home. Notifications arrive quickly on the phone which allows me to know almost in real time when someone rings the bell, approaches the door or leaves a package. A positive point is the battery life which in my case lasts approximately a month and a half before needing a recharge, Many of the advanced features require the Arlo Secure subscription after the trial period included, which costs approximately $10 per month. Personally I think the price is reasonable and economical for the features it offers, but I would have liked there to be a free option with more basic video storage and review features. Even so, it is a reliable device, with good build quality, excellent video and security features that provide peace of mind. I would recommend it to those looking for a modern and easy to use video doorbell. 🔔📹🏡

I’ve had this camera for about four months now, and I have so many positive things to say about it. First off, it’s very easy to set up. It’ll just take you about four minutes, and then the camera is all ready. The size is a normal-sized door camera. The sound quality is really great, especially for its price. I bought the subscription for Plus Single, and it’s phenomenal. I started off the first month of the camera, with no subscription, and it still had many good features in the app. The battery lasts a long time; it’s been two weeks, almost three weeks since I last charged it, and it’s at 75%. It detects anything that’s in the camera view, even a squirrel.

I’m really happy with this product! The quality is great, it works as expected, and it was easy to use. It looks just like the pictures and feels like a good value for the price. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for something reliable and worth the money.

Arlo is the best on the market with clear photo and videos, and the 2K quality lives up to the hype. I especially love the 180 degree view, 2-way audio, live stream, color night vision, and real time notifications. The wired/wireless option is super flexible, data encryption feels safe, and the integrated siren is a nice bonus. would totally recommend to friends.

Not really sure if I like Arlo. I have had ring for years and recently switched to Arlo after doing research on better quality. Yes the quality is somewhat better than ring and the price is better. I do not like the fact that you can’t replace the battery like ring. In order for me to charge the camera when it dies I have to remove the entire camera and wait until it charger before I place it back on. I have the option of running wires (that I would have to purchase separately) from the back of the camera to inside the house and plug it into an outlet. I live in an apartment and can’t use the wired method. The records aren’t constant so I can’t always look back on certain events that happened. I can’t seem to figure out a way to record videos without getting a million notifications on everything it’s recording. The setup was fairly easy but I think I will try a different brand like Eufy. At least I didn’t waste too much money with this setup

This camera provides the quality picture I need on my porch. Install was relatively easy, but I was a bit scared drilling into my siding. That said if you are handy at all it is a breeze. I did it and I'm 74. I'm still sitting out the app so I can't say either way. I bought this on Prime day and it is worth every penny I paid

The doorbell works very nicely, the software is customisable, and the subscription fee is very reasonable!

As Per Arlo Support, this device is not compatible in India.

This is a really good video Doorbell it is head to toe images very clear night vision is brilliant. Would definitely buy one again.
